Swich Café @ Atria Shopping Gallery : The award winning cake house

April 27, 2018 by StrawberrY Gal

“Swich is a cake and dessert shop offers a variety of cakes and desserts in the popular familiar flavors, as well as confectioneries with a twist, often incorporating local fruits and flavors. And being that, they are famed for their cakes from their famous Cempedak cake has becomes one of my favorites.

Avacado cake
The Avocado Cake is indeed something that is a must try here as well. Enjoy the awesomely prepared avocado cake which is filled with the light taste of avocado and the velvety texture. Nicely done and prepared.

Cempedak Cake
Voted as one of the best cake by Time Out KL, their Cempedak sponge cake is light and full of cempedak flavour! Real Cempedak fruit is used, the frosting is made with freshly whipped premium cream imported from Europe and Cempedak fruit with no additional sugar, and no artificial flavours, colours or preservative. Enjoy one of the best cempedak cake in town.

Belgian Choc Nuts
Go nuts over this cake – a Valrhona chocolate sponge cake, smothered with fudgy Madagascar 70% Belgian chocolate frosting and then garnished with a garland of salted caramel roasted mixed almonds and walnuts. Love the nutty flavours of the cake itself.
Valhroma Chocolate with Salted Caramel

Their Valrhona Salted Caramel cake is made with single origin Valrhona chocolate, organic Muscovado sugar, fresh French cream and buttermilk, layered with Salted Caramel cream cheese, enrobed in silky Valrhona dark and milk chocolate ganache and drizzled by hand  with our homemade decadent Salted Caramel. You won’t forget the pleasure of this truffle-like triple Valrhona cake experience. The cake is perfectly good and delighting making me a happy girl.

Durian Mud Pie
Using the premium ingredients; the Durian Mud Pie is simply an indulgence. Using the premium ingridients, the mud pie is awesomely done and addictively good for durian lover. Durian lovers will appreciate the generous amount of durian pulp encased in a Valrhona cocoa tart shell topped with a delightful layer of Belgian chocolate ganache. A fabulous celebration of the King of Fruits!
