Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel presents “A Grand Romance”, designed for couples seeking intimate experiences during the season of love.

As part of this romance-inducing package, guests will be greeted upon arrival with a bottle of bubbly and a scrumptious Chocolate Truffle Valentine’s Cake with Raspberries. Staying in the hotel’s Deluxe Room, couples will enjoy a magnificent view of the Cotai Strip and choose from a range of specially-created restaurant menus.

Priced from MOP2,488++* and available from 9-15 February, “A Grand Romance” features a one night stay in a Deluxe Room for two and includes:

·         Afternoon Tea at Palms Café and Bar

·         HKD1,000 Valentine’s Day dinner credit or complimentary Valentine’s Day set dinner at Bene on 14 February

Afternoon Tea for Lovers at Palms Café and Bar

Afternoon Tea for Lovers_1Guests who book “A Grand Romance” can enjoy complimentary afternoon tea in the newly-renovated Palms. An ideal choice for a relaxed afternoon, the set features an array of delicate savoury treats, including orange and dill salmon gravlax on pumpernickel soldier, parma ham rossettes with pear and gorgonzola chutney, Hokkaido scallop with black pudding and apple jam.

To sweeten the offer, the set also comprises mini Breton tartlets with almond cream and apricots, dulcey chocolate cream, caramel bananas and vanillas custard and classic cheesecake with air fresh strawberries.

Enjoy with your choice of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. In addition to this charming tea set, Palms also presents a limited offering of Valentine cakes and pastries for MOP288++ each.

Valentine’s Night Set Dinner at Bene

Valentine’s at SheratonFor a memorable evening with your loved one on February 14, Bene offers a “AMORE●Valentine’s Day” romantic 6-course set dinner, complete with exquisite flavors. Start the night with a refreshing Terrina di Garnchio (Alaskan crab terrine with avocado, heirloom tomato, and basil granite). The epicurean journey continues with a Cappellaccio di Granchio (raviolo filled with crab with saffron crustacean bisque), and Astice Gratinato ai Porcini e Wagyu (Boston lobster gratin with porcini tartare, wagyu tenderloin M5 and parmigiano glaze).

And for dessert? A rich Tortino al Cioccolato (molten chocolate cake with balsamic berries and salted caramel ice cream).

What’s more, guests who book “A Grand Romance” room package can enjoy a complimentary Valentine’s Day Menu at Bene on 14 February.

“Fire of Love” Lobster Hotpot Set at Xin

For couples looking to spice up their Valentine’s evening, Xin will serve a delicious hot pot dinner featuring a fresh selection of seafood, including Boston lobster, botan ebi, king prawn, sea cucumber, sea whelk and Japanese scallop sashimi. Assorted fresh meats and vegetables are perfectly partnered with the seafood.


Valentine’s Day Buffet at Feast

For couples who wish to try a variety of dishes, Feast will serve a vibrant buffet lunch and dinner on Valentine’s Day. The spotlight of the buffet dinner will be the Valentine’s Platter of pan-seared foie gras with spiced citrus puree and microgreens. The selection also includes slow-roasted US ribeye, roast chicken, and suckling pig, as well as an array of live stations for made-to-order delicacies. A buffet is never complete without a large selection of desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth!
