CHINESE NEW YEAR’S FEAST OF PROSPERITY AT THE ARMADA PETALING JAYA

Welcoming the Year of the Dog and experience a festive Chinese New Year dinner buffet dining at Utara Coffee House as a tantalizing variety of Chinese New Year delicacies will be on offer satisfy any festive cravings.

From 1 st February till 2 nd March 2018, our buffet line will be featuring a wide variety of ‘good luck’ dishes for your Chinese New Year Reunion Buffet Dinner such as Stir-fried Crabs with BBQ Sauce, Steamed Chicken with Ginger and Scallion, Tong Kwai Roasted Duck with Plum Sauce, Deep-fried Fish with Black Fungus Mushroom, and Stir-fried Prawns with Salted Egg York to name a few. The Chinese New Year Reunion Buffet

Dinner is priced at RM88+ per adult, RM62+ for senior citizens and RM44+ per child. Before the feast, kick off a prosperous new year by raising your chopsticks and Loh Hei to boost good luck and prosperity with exciting Yee Sang Selections, such as the Marinated Scallops (Japanese version) Yee Sang, King Salmon Yee Sang, Tiger Prawns and Clams Yee Sang and Fruitti Veggie Yee Sang (vegetarian). Priced from RM78+ per portion.

For guests who prefer a more private setting, indulge in our exclusive set menus whipped up by Executive Chef, Chew Teik Chye and his team. The 3 spectacular Prosperity Set Menus (minimum table of 10 pax) are ideal for family, friends or business.

The Blissful Abundance Set Menu priced at RM1188+, consists of Yee Sang with Crustacean Coral Oyster, Braised Seafood Broth with Dried Fish Roe & Crabmeat, Deepfried Garoupa with Onion and Ginger Gravy, Wok Fried Tiger Prawns with Oatmeal Butter, Braised Mushroom with Mustard Plant in Fatt Choy Sauce, Prosperity Fried Rice with Diced Seafood, Sweet Red Bean Cream with Snow Sago and Golden Fish Duet.

The Everlasting Success Set Menu priced at RM1288+ also comprises dishes like Yee Sang with Soft Shell Crab, Herb Chicken Consommé with Scallop Flakes, Roasted Chicken with Raisin Barbeque Sauce, Steamed Estuary Garoupa in Abalone and Black Fungus, Tossed Tiger Prawns with Buttered Coconut Flakes, Braised Mix Vegetables with Beancurd, ‘Hunan’ Style Yong Chow Fried Rice in Lotus Leaf, Double Boiled Sea Coconut with White Fungus and Duet of Fancy Ping Pei Golden Fish.

The Bountiful Treasures Set Menu is priced at RM1388+. Guests can sample dishes such as Yee Sang with Salmon, Eight Treasure Essence Soup, Cantonese Style Roasted Duck with Sour Plum Sauce, Steamed Garoupa with Superior Ginger and Scallion, Fried Buttered Prawn with Sesame Goma, Braised Mushroom with Sea Cucumber, Fried Rice with Smoked Chicken, Traditional Sweet Dried Longan with Leng Chee Pak Hup and Admiral Fancy Duet.
