The Seafood Delicacies Dinner Buffet showcases premium ocean treasures in Japanese, Western and Chinese styles. Appertisers range from Abalone Salmon Niçoise Salad to Abalone Crab Roe Seafood Salad and more. Other speciality dishes to savour include Double-boiled Abalone and Silkie Chicken Soup, Abalone and Lobster Pasta, Braised Fish Maw with Duck Feet and Chinese Mushroom.
