Seafood Delicacies Dinner Buffet and Chocolate and Cheesecake Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet at Cafe Marco

During January and February, the Dinner Buffet at Cafe Marco will shine a gourmet spotlight on deluxe ocean delicacies, including Abalone, Sea Cucumber and Fish Maw.

Also at Cafe Marco during January and February, savour a truly decadent Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet showcasing a tantalising array of chef-crafted chocolate and cheesecake desserts.

The Seafood Delicacies Dinner Buffet showcases premium ocean treasures in Japanese, Western and Chinese styles. Appertisers range from Abalone Salmon Niçoise Salad to Abalone Crab Roe Seafood Salad and more. Other speciality dishes to savour include Double-boiled Abalone and Silkie Chicken Soup, Abalone and Lobster Pasta, Braised Fish Maw with Duck Feet and Chinese Mushroom. Pan-seared Foie Gras and Herb-baked Scallop are among the other must-try dishes at the open kitchens.

 

An assortment of top-quality seafood on ice includes Brown Crabs, Rock Crabs, Spanner Crabs, Blue Mussels and Baby Lobsters. Diners can also enjoy unlimited servings of premium Alaskan Crabs at weekends. Each dining guest will be offered a complimentary serving of Braised Abalone, Fish Maw and Sea Cucumber with Vegetables and a complimentary free-flow of soft drinks and selected beers during the Dinner Buffet.

 

The Chocolate and Cheesecake Weekend Afternoon Tea Buffet showcases a selection of luscious chocolate desserts and creamy cheesecakes crafted by our pastry chefs. Highlights include Japanese Cheesecake, Mango Cheesecake and Cheese Gratin. Indulge your sweet tooth with an extensive selection of luscious homemade chocolate delicacies including Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Cake, Chocolate Bailey’s Cheesecake, Gianduja Hazelnut Chocolate Basket and more. Complimentary free- flow of fresh fruit juices accompany the weekend tea buffet.
