Celebrate Winter Wonderland and Feast like Royals with Royal Plaza on Scotts

November 13, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Japanese Garlic Butter-glazed Turkey, Gourmet Carousel

Escape the heat of Singapore and feast in Winter Wonderland at Royal Plaza on Scotts! Our team of talented culinary professionals are ready to whip up the yearly scrumptious festive feast just for you. Start the feast with an all-time favourite, Traditional Roasted Turkey. Want to try something out of the ordinary? Go for the Japanese Garlic Butter-glazed Turkey – garnished with garlic fried rice, marinated minced chicken stuffing with shredded seaweed, Japanese curry vegetables and drizzled with teriyaki sauce.

Indulge in the specialities of Gourmet Carousel like freshly-baked Traditional English Fruit Cake, Homemade German Dresden Stollen and Homemade Italian Panettone. Be sure to look out for this year’s special, the Royal Tarts, which are assorted chocolate tarts that come in raspberry, chestnut, passion fruit and apple flavours.

If you are a fan of the sweets, the logcakes will be the ideal choice for you. Select from three delightful flavours crafted by the pastry chefs in Gourmet Carousel. This year’s festive logcakes are Royal Chocolate made from 70% guanaja and 66% pur caraibe chocolate with hazelnut feuilletine, Nutty Raspberry made with manjari chocolate mousse with cashew nut toffee and raspberry jelly and lastly, Honey Citrus made with golden butter short cake, manuka honey mousse and lemon cheese.

Guests can contact Gourmet Carousel (Lobby level, Royal Plaza on Scotts, 25 Scotts Road, Singapore 228220) at 6589 7788 or [email protected] for orders or visit www.carouselbuffet.com.sg for more information. Festive goodies are available for takeaway from 20 November to 25 December from 11am to 9pm daily. Advanced orders of three days are required. The last order is on 23 December, 12pm.
