Autumn is a prime time to savour crabs! Indulge in a sumptuous dinner buffet feast overflowing with eight diverse varieties of crabs at Café on M.  Birthday guest can enjoy a complimentary dinner buffet with a birthday cake and a bottle of white or red wine per table, upon patronage with minimum 3 adults.  Do not miss the weight guessing contest from every Monday to Thursday to win a whole Chilean King Crab with the closest guess of its weight.

The talented culinary team has selected varieties of the most sought-after seasonal crabs, namely Snow Crab, Blue Swimming Crab, Brown Crab, King Crab, Soft Shell Crab, Three-spotted Crab and Green Crab, transforming Café on M into a crab lover paradise nightly with different combination of crab delicacies serving on a rotational basis.

A string of irresistible crab specialties ranging from appetizer to soup and hot dishes are unlimitedly served.  Crabs on ice, steamed green crab (known as Yan Chai crab in Chinese) with glutinous rice, steamed egg white with crab meat and Hua Diao wine is perfect for guests to experience the natural freshness of crabs.  Singapore-styled chilli crab, black chilli crab, sautéed crab with Thai yellow curry and baked stuff Hokkaido crab shell showcase the unique flavours of crabs with the use of different herbs and seasoning of different places.  Do not miss the mouth-watering swimming crab congee and angel hair pasta with crab meat, garlic, chilli and coriander to satisfy guests’ taste buds.

The dinner buffet also features a host of tantalising delicacies including freshly-shucked oysters, assorted Japanese sashimi, oven-roasted suckling pig. The much-loved Mövenpick ice cream and an enticing array of desserts will end the dinner buffet with a perfect and sweet note.
