Buy 1 Free 1 Mains With Entertainer in Bijan

September 5, 2017 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review Leave a Comment

Being one of the famous modern restaurants that specialises in fine Malay Cuisine, one will be assured of delicious meal. Opened back in September 2003, Bijan offer a unique dining experience to discerning palates. The Bijan experience is modern in presentation yet wholesome in flavour. Traditional Malay cuisine is taken out of hawker stalls and buffet lines, and served against a lush backdrop. Modern in its surroundings with distinctive Asian accents, Bijan is warm, yet chic; intimate yet spacious. At Bijan restaurant, they are innovating ways of enjoying Malay food, introducing accompanying wine to enhance flavours and ways of preparing local delicacies in a fine balance of old and new. Our dishes are a mix of recipes handed down over the generations and innovations of the real thing, to produce forgotten favourites and delicious new flavours and textures

Opor Rusuk
One of the signatures in Bijan and one will definite to fall in love with it. Enjoy the slow cooked beef ribs in a thick gravy with aromatic spices, toasted coconut, palm sugar and coconut milk. The beef comes sinfully good especially with the fall of meat texture. Moist and juicy. Yummz!

Kambing Berempah Sambal Dendeng
Help yourself with the baked lamb loin marinated in turmeric , lemongrass, ginger and spices! I love how the lamb is done. No gammy taste but remains its moist texture.

Ikan Siakap Sos Asam
My favourite dish of the day. Enjoy this delicious deep fried seabass which is being deep fried till perfection and golden brown. Served together with a tangy blend of peanut and tamarind sauce as well as slices of raw four angled bean, red onions, and red chilies.
Masak Lemak Udang Dengan Nenas
Love this dish a lot. The prawns are pretty fresh and cook together with the pineapple chunks with the lightly spiced coconut milk. I just need more rice and drenched over with the sauce on top.

Sotong hitam manis
Don’t look appetizing with the colours, but the dish just amazing. The squid is perfectly cooked till perfection with the chili paste, lemongrass and squid ink . Love this so much as well.

Ayam masak merah
I love how this ayam masak merah is done. Generous portion of the fried chicken pieces simmered in red sauce of chilies, tomatoes, and spices. The dish comes simply awesome; not too spicy but yet very appetizing

Pucuk paku goreng tahi ayam
One of the signature here where the wild fern fried with chili caramelised coconut and shrimps. And now with The Entertainer, you can enjoy BUY 1 FREE 1 Main Course Here.  And for those who are not well verse with The ENTERTAINER App they are actually the apps which is packed with over 1,200 Buy One Get One Free offers for hotels, restaurants, cafés, attractions, leisure activities, spas, fitness, retail and more, providing customers with exclusive savings in the country’s most celebrated venues, such as ANTE – KL’s Premier Pork Steak Restaurant, Tonkatsu by Ma Maison,  Krispy Kreme, San Francisco Coffee, Phillip Wain, Mandara Spa to name a few.
