It had been a while since we visited Gobo Upstairs! And this time arouhnd, Chef Mun brings you with their signature which is his signature Grilled Tomahawk and other fine cuisines.
For those who have not being here, you should where they brings you with the beautiful iconic view of the Petronas Twin Tower that will definite to capture your attention together with the cosy and yet sophisticated dining experience.
Amuse Bouche – Honey Roasted Beetroot
Starts your meal with the specially prepared Amuse Bouche where they are served with toasted walnut, dried cranberries, beetroot, feta cheese, honey balsamic dressing. Being not a fans of beetroot where it had the very green taste in it, but chef had made a successful twist on it where they no longer green but with the juicy and light sweetness in it after it had been roasted. Drizzled with the honey balsamic dressing in it.
Paired with Vina Maipo Vitral Chardonnay
Starter : GUP Cold Platter
The GUP Cold Platter comes with 3 choices of delights in a plate. Beautfully presented; the plater comes with the Spanish Mackerel Tartare, Wedges Salad and the Vodka Cured Salmon. The lovely combination. Enjoy the Spanich Mackerel Tartare which is completed with the semolina cracker, pistou, and preserved lemon yogurt. Not just that, they have the awesomelicious Vodka Cured Salmon which served together with the grilled asparagus, lemon zest, pickled shallots, crème fraîche caviar. Sides with the delicious tempting salad where you can have the Iceberg lettuce, blue cheese, crispy beef bacon, avocado, goddess dressing

Deliciously done lobser bisque where the blend of the lobster ragout, tarragon cream and brandy. Enjoy the rich, creamy and hearty blend of the lobster bisque which is simply delicious.

Enjoy the lovely plate of grilled lamb loin where they are sides with the Arancini, broccolini, porcini sauce. Best to pair with Vina Maipo Vitral Cabernet Sauvignon or Pampas Del Sur Estilo Malbec
Baked Cod with Miso Honey
The baked Cod is simply irrestible. Perfectly baked till perfection with the sides of Wasabi, bean curd, wilted romaine lettuce. The baked cod was fresh and succulent. Perfectly done with the flaky meat.
Wagyu Tomahawk
The highlights of the day where the wagyu Tomahawk is deliciously done and served with the pomme puree and buttered vegetables. Enjoy the delicious beef and you will definite to come back for more. The beef brings you with the marbling taste and well flavoured.

Ends your meal  of course with the beautifully presented Cherry BOMM. I am impressed and I am simply falling in loe with it. The desserts comes simply food where you can have the chocolate with the sided with a field strawberries and raspberries ground. Pour the hot chocolate over the white chocolate sphere shell, revealed a sweet Sided with heart within it.
