This summer, from 1 July to 31 August, Cafe Marco presents two exciting new buffet experiences showcasing seasonal specialties. The Summer Fruits Afternoon Tea Buffet offers an array of exotic fruit desserts, cakes and fresh juices each weekend, while the Crab and Shellfish Dinner Buffet entices seafood lovers with an extensive selection of ocean-fresh crab and shellfish delicacies.
To celebrate Cafe Marco’s 18th anniversary, dining guests aged 18 may enjoy a complimentary lunch or dinner buffet* from Mondays to Fridays between 3 July and 30 September 2017.
Each evening during the promotional period, Cafe Marco’s Crab and Shellfish Dinner Buffet will showcase the freshest catch of the day, both au naturel on ice and in creative cold and hot dishes. Devour delicious appetisers such as Italian shellfish salad with blue mussels, crab meat, shrimp and cucumber, Thai pomelo salad with fresh shrimps, Lobster and crab meat smoked chicken salad and Mexican shrimp cocktail. An assortment of top-quality seafood on ice includes Brown crabs, Spanner crabs, Blue mussels and Baby lobsters. Diners can also enjoy unlimited servings of premium Alaskan crabs during the weekends.
A la minute hot dishes include Boiled snow crab leg accompanied by a choice of hollandaise, red wine vinegar or Thai spicy sauce, and Crab meat noodles with black bean sauce topped with minced pork, spring onion, deep fried garlic, coriander, chili flakes and chili oil. Singapore-style chili crab, Garlic pasta with herb roasted lobster and spinach, Braised whelk in spicy hot wine and Stir-fried prawn with salty egg are among the other must-try dishes at the open kitchen. Dining guests can enjoy a complimentary free flow of soft drinks and selected beers during the Crab and Shellfish Dinner Buffet at Cafe Marco.
Crafted in-house by our talented pastry chefs, the afternoon tea buffet features creative treats such as Caribbean cocktail éclairs, Chocolate mango tart and Amaretto apricot mousse cake. The fruitylicious temptation continues with Summer berries with lemon yoghurt, Grapefruit ricotta cheesecake, Strawberry napoleon and Coconut creme brûlée. Complimentary free- flow of fresh fruit juices accompany the weekend high tea buffet.
