Weekend Brunch @ Graze, Hilton Kuala Lumpur

May 12, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Sitting down by the windows, enjoying a great selection of brunch menu is indeed a luxury temptations. Graze at Hilton Kuala Lumpur never disappoint us with great food and ambience. This round, we are back again to enjoy their great selection of brunch menu.  The brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday.
Homemade Fruit Flavoured Yogurt (RM 20)
Enjoy their yogurt ( homemade) and sides with the mix of the berries, mango and passion fruit in it. Enjoy the light sour sweet yogurt which is well paired with the fruits by the side. Nice and refreshing!
Sauteed Tiger Prawns, Two Onsen Style Poached Egg in Glass with Extra Virgin Oil Mixed Cress, Multigrain Bread Stick (RM 30)
We love how the onsen egg is prepared. The hearty onsen egg comes flavourful with the seafood sweetness. Impressive!

Grilled Black Angus Fillet Mignon 100g; Sunnyside Fried Egg  (RM 68)
Enjoy the tenderlicious Angus beef which is perfectly grilled and served with the sunnyside fried egg. The Angus beef is just perfectly done where the meat is tender and juicy.
Chicken Schnitzel, warm potato salad and Lemon (RM 40)
Enjoy this awesomely delicious Chicken Schnitzel where the tender-licious chicken is well marinated and pan fried. Love how it is done and the taste is perfect
Add  some side orders to your main where we have the Sauteed Mushroom (RM 12) , Grilled Asparagus (RM 18) and the Crispy Bacon (RM 12)
Decadent Valrhora Chocolate Suffle (RM 30 )
