Chir Chir Fusion Chicken Factory @ Pavilion Elite

May 22, 2017 by StrawberrY Gal

Being one of the Korea’s largest chain of “Chimaek” restaurants, Chir Chir Fusion Chicken Factory has finally arrived to Malaysian Shores. Featuring the generous portions that are best to shared among friends and loved one, enjoy the Chir Chir’s sumptuous and mouthwatering-delights which will definitely set to satisfy your palates.
Being one of the well known for freshly cooked chicken dishes where they are fried upon order and what most important is dish is carefully paired with the propriety sauces and marinade from Seoul resulting in a delicious, consistent flavours in all of Chir Chir Outlets across South Korea, china, Taiwan and Indonesia. Being the first outlet here in Malalysia,  one can actually bond over a shared meal of tasty and unique offering from the fun and casual sitting.

The story behind Chir Chir
Chir Chir (Pronouced Chi- ruh Chi-ruh) derives its name from the tantalising sounds of the bubbling oil when the chicken is placed in a deep – fryer. It is a sound that promises a lip-smacking good time of dining in a “Chimaek”combination of “chi” for chicken and “maek” for beer) eatery, a unique Korean gastronomic concept that is adopted in countless eateries in South Korea and made popular around the world by the hit of Korean Drama “My Love From the Star”
Crispy Fried Chicken, RM49.90
One of the signature dish is Chir Chir and this is a MUST to have. Available in 3 flavours – Original, Spicy and Garlicky. For those who are loving fried chicken or first timer, you can have the chicken change half portion of the chicken to spicy or garlicky with just a top- up of RM 7. As for the flavours, personally I love the Original flavours. Love how the crispy chicken is being deep fried. It is indeed the chicken comes awesomely good where the chicken are fresh, well marinated and the crust comes crispy too. Once a bite, you can get the moist and juicy taste of it.
This is simply addictive and Grace wanted more too!

Honey Butter Chicken, RM56.90
If you are  not a spicy lover, go for their Honey Butter Chicken which is another signature is a favourite at Chir Chir and it’s not hard to see why. They managed to strike that right balance of seasoning between the honey and creamy butter sauce, so you won’t feel ‘jelak’ at all.
Spicy BBQ Roasted Chicken RM62.90
Need some kick of spiciness, why not go for the Spicy BBQ Roasted Chicken which brings you a pipping hot and yet flavourful taste. The delicious tender meat is being marinated for 12 hours before being roasted in the oven. Sides with salsa, whole salt-baked egg and baked potatoes with sour cream. I love the flavours of it as it is simply addictive as well. We are finishing this is less than 10 minutes.

Nest Snow, RM62.90
Uniquely presented and this dish is indeed beautifully presented. The lovely combination of the spicy, creamy blend together with the delicious chicken tenders. Have the spicy chicken tenders served on a sweet potato puree bed with olives, peppers and topped with whipped cream. This dish itself is very filling and yet deliciously good!
Honey Grape Salad, RM29.90
Addictively delicious and healthy salad to enjoy here. The salad comes with the combination of the seedless sweet grapes together with the walnuts, pinenuts and almonds. Topped with their homemade ricotta and also whipped cream. Meant for sharing, the salad is completely delicious and appetising too.

Spicy Topokki, RM29.90
Being in a Korean restaurant, one must try the Topokki as well. Get the spicy kick of the topokki where it comes with the combination of the Korean rice cakes, fish cakes, cajun battered squid and egg served with special hot sauce in a hot pan. It brings you with the spicy taste of it.
Ends your meal with some of their signature drink Passion Yellow Tok! Tok!, Chir Chir beer and many more.
