May 20, 2017 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review Leave a Comment

Explore the scrumptious journey of street favourites this month of May through June in Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur’s all day dining restaurant – Serena Brasserie. Presents you with their own “ Bazaar Serena”beginning 26 May to 24 June 2017. Serena Brasserie transforms into a lively, bustling bazaar filled with the aroma of delicious food – tantalising the senses and assorted delicacies that will feast the eyes and stomach.

Start your Ramadhan with the delicious choices of salad and appetisers where you can pamper yourself with the variety of kerabus such as kerabu paku manis, kerabu mangga, kerabu ayam and many more.

Asides from the kerabu and jeruk, one can also enjoy the seafood on ice preferences offering fresh plump oysters, blue swimmer crab, green lip mussels, sashimi counter with assorted maki and California Rolls, Live Pasta Station and many more.

Don’t miss out the stalls and some of chef’s speciality where you can find carving stall of the roasted whole kibas with garlic and thyme, chicken shawarma stall, grilled fish stall featuring “ikan bakar” delights, Stir fried shrimps stall offering the signature spicy fragrance of “kam heong” prawns and many more.

Variety of curries are also available and I am indeed falling in love with the Chicken Curry as well as Kari Nenas which are perfectly well done.

Ends your meals the variety of local Nyonya kuih, cakes , pengat Pisang, Bubur Pulut Ayam and many more. One of a must counter to visit is of course the “Dusun Pahang” counter where they offers you with plentiful of local delights such as watermelon, papaya, and most important Malaysian favorites – Durian.

From 26 to 31 May and 21 to 24 June, the “Bazaar Serena” Buffet is priced at RM 148 nett per adult / RM 78 nett per child ( 5-11 years old) and RM 178 nett per adult / RM 98 nett per child from 1 June to 20 June 2017

The Celebration continues with high-tea offerings at Serena Brasserie on Hari Raya Day 1 and Day 2 at RM 98 nett per adult. High tea starts from 12 noon till 4 pm.
