Acai Lab @ Solaris Mont Kiara: Never Go Fat with Ice Cream Here!

December 18, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

I had been learning a lot about acai recently when we read about the health benefits of it but it is kinda hard to get them in Malaysia.
Açaí (pronounced as assa-ee) bowls are commonly found in New York, Hawaii, Los Angeles, Australia, and Korea. The fruit itself which is said to be the “ultimate superfood” is something you can look for where they brings you with the great health benefits such as having high level of antioxidants, amounts of iron, calcium, fibre, and vitamin A and also containing proponents that will help prevent arthritis, inflammation, obesity, erectile dysfunction, neurological diseases, and allergies.
And now, with Acai Lab you can have your delicious healthy ice cream here. Brainchild of 2 young mean, they had brings you these delicious delights here where you can enjoy these delicious healthy delights in Mont Kiara now. With the aim of bringing Malaysian a healthy delicious bowl of desserts without making you fat, Acai Lab is indeed a good choice.
And in Acai Lab,  they comes with choices of 3 bowls of desserts where they have the Rio Bowl, Muscle Up Bowl and Harimau Malaysia Bowl.
Rio Bowl
For first timer, we would recommend the Rio Bowl, where it brings you with the paying homage to the Brazil’s most popular bowl. Blended with the acai base with bananas, apple juice, strawberry, Acai Lab’s homemade granola and honey all in one. The refreshing taste of the acai is just perfect for berry lovers like me.
Harimau Malaysia Bowl
Named after the nation’s pride, the blended acai base together with the bananas, mangoes, vanilla ice cream, dragon fruit and Acai Lab homemade granola. The desserts is simply good especially the fragrance of acai berry in it.
Looking for healthy desserts, Acai Lab is indeed a good choice and a MUST to try
