you can enjoy great choices of birdnest which is well prepared and processed. As you know bird nest are quite tedious when it comes to cleaning and processing. As I remember during the old days, my grandmother and mum taking around few days to clean up the bird nest before they served them to us.

And in Yan Society, they have a stringent quality control and making sure every piece of the products are being soaked in water until it is soften and tighly bound strands are partially lossen. Then the small feathers and fine plumage are manually removed with the tweezers using clean filtered water and it is then rearrange and molded into chips of various shapes. Finally it is being air dried and packaged for sale.
