All adventurous food lovers in Malaysia will be delighted, as they can now satisfy their ultimate Tom Yam cravings in the comfort of their homes with MAGGI®’s latest addition to its MAGGI® Royale range of premium, indulgent noodles – the Thai White Seafood Tom Yam flavour!  The MAGGI® Royale Thai White Seafood Tom Yam noodles was officially launched at AEON Mall Shah Alam.

The Thai White Seafood Tom Yam, is a unique twist to the usual Tom Yam recipe from Thailand. The distinctive flavour is also a first in Malaysia, to satisfy those who crave for a mouth-watering and flavourful dish that has been a favourite to many from around the world.

The MAGGI® Royale Thai White Seafood Tom Yam flavour is stocked full with fresh herbs and spices.  Be prepared to pack your taste buds for a whirlwind journey as every spoon of the creamy broth is infused with the sweet taste of fresh seafood, combined with a zing of spiciness from dried chilies and citrusy taste from the kaffir limes. Topped with real spring onions, chillies and meat-like garnish with exceptionally springy noodles, the recipe is a co-creation with Chef Wandee Na-Songkhla, the Thai Cuisine Master.

Chef Wandee is also a culinary expert, TV icon, cookbook writer, and founder of Wandee Culinary School. A strong advocate for authentic Thai Cuisine, Chef Wandee hopes to bring the true taste of her native Thailand to Malaysians through this wonderful collaboration with MAGGI Royale.

“Malaysians are extremely adventurous when it comes to food and MAGGI seeks to please our consumers with unique food experiences.  Our team of passionate foodies are always on the lookout for popular local and international delicacies so that we can bring new exciting tastes to the Malaysian market. To enable Malaysians to enjoy indulgent Thai cuisine at home with their loved ones, we have gone the extra mile to create the best Thai White Seafood Tom Yam recipe with Chef Wandee – an award-winning Thai Cuisine Master. This new product helps satisfy the foodie in all of us,” said Rosalyn Simba, Business Executive Manager, Nestlé (Malaysia) Berhad.

“An appetizing Thai White Seafood Tom Yam is not just about its spiciness. It is a dimension of tastes coupled with an aromatic combination of hot and sour flavours; it ends with a light and creamy note derived from the sweetness of fresh seafood. To enjoy a more wholesome and fulfilling experience, you can always add in your favourite ingredients such as prawns, squids and vegetables when you prepare a balanced meal with MAGGI® Royale Thai White Seafood Tom Yam. You can add your personal touch and make the dish even more special” shared Chef Wandee, the honourable Thai culinary expert who is recognized by His Majesty the King in Thailand.

MAGGI® strongly believes that happiness is homemade, and is constantly in search of ways to unlock the inner chefs in consumers by encouraging them to personalize and enhance their noodles with their own selection of fresh ingredients. With the MAGGI® Royale range, consumers can always expect an ultimate noodle adventure and excitement in every bite.
