Cat & Fiddle : Famous Singapore Brand Cheesecake is Here!

Cat and Fiddle, a cheese cake brand which is famed for their cheesecake which is originated in Singapore and they are also the first online specialist cheesecake store in Singapore. Cat & Fiddle brings you with their premium cheesecake where you can enjoy 15 original flavours in Singapore and they are well crafted by the Singapore’s iconic dessert chef, Daniel Tay.
Being the brain child of Cat & Fiddle, Chef Daniel Tay is one of the well known names in the luxury desserts in Singapore. Being trained with the art of classical French pastry and dessert making retailer Fauchon of Paris; you are assured that their pastries are the best in quality. And he himself had also won several of awards which includes the Finalist of World Gourmet Summit (2001- 2006), Pastry Chef of the Year (2001) and the World Pastry Cup Gold Medal (1996)
 
And in Malaysia, they comes with four flavours and choices here. One can try their 4 cheesecake which is Over The Moon (New York Cheese Cake) ; Queen of Hearts (Strawberry Cheese Cake) , The Modern Duke’s Pudding (Oreo Cheesecake) and also The Russan Whiskers (Mango Cheesecake)
Over The Moon (RM 99 per cake)
Enjoy the lovely cheesecake which is fully baked with the rich and smooth cream cheese with the vanilla beans. Bring you with the delicious golden crust underneath and at the side wall, it is being topped with the chocolate powder. The cakes comes simply creamy and thick with the complete cheesy taste in it.
 
 

 

Queen of Hearts(RM 99 per cake)
For those who are looking at Full Baked Strawberry Cheese Cake where the cheesecake is filled with the delicious golden crust underneath and at the side wall. Topped with the thick layer of natural strawberry and raspberry puree that burst with the moist sweetness and sourness.
 
 

 

The Modern Duke’s Pudding(RM 99 per cake)
I love this too where it brings you with a creamy delights where the cheese cake is complete with the smooth rich cheese and sandwiched with the thick layer of Oreo cookies crumble. Nicely done and is just super creamy and good.

 

The Russian Whiskers(RM 99 per cake)
This is one of my favourite. The non-baked Mango Cheesecake comes with the rich cream cheese with the fresh mango cube and finger biscuit with underneath biscuit crust with the white curl chocolate chip at the side wall, and at the top is filled with the thick layer of natural mango puree that burst with moist sweetness. Love how it is prepared with the cheesy taste complete with the light zestiness in it.
