Easy Desserts: Slow Cooked Hasma with Red Dates

Since hubby is not feeling well, I decided to make my own very version of Hasma Tong Sui for the home. Hasma is pretty expensive and you can get them in many Chinese Medical Shop
 
Ingredients:
1.  Hasma
2.  1 cup of Rock Sugar
3.  10 pcs of Red
Dates ( I bought mine seedless)
Method:
1. Soaked the dried hasma in the hot water for around 30 minutes
2.  Clean the red dates by soaking them in hot water for 5 minutes. If you buy those with seeds; remove the seeds.
3. Put 1000 ml of hot water into the slow cooker
4. Add in 1 cup of rock sugar
5.  Add add in the red dates
6. Left it into the slow cooker for around 4 -5 hours.
7. Served them hot or cold depends on your preference.
Cook with Slow Cooker
