June 14, 2016 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Promotion Leave a Comment

Celebrate summer with an indulgent Seafood Extravaganza while enjoying breathtaking 180-degree harbour views at Cucina, Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel’s signature Italian restaurant.

From 10 June to 10 July, Chef Andrea Delzanno, Chef de Cuisine of Cucina will present a Seafood Extravaganza menu. Hong Kong diners’ all-time favourite seafood, including Alaskan crabs, Hokkaido scallops, Boston lobsters and more, will be showcased in six chef-crafted Italian dishes.

Among the delights on the limited-time menu, Poached Boston lobster salad, cauliflower puree and orange (HK$298) combines fresh, sweet poached lobster with the earthy flavour of cauliflower and a refreshing citrus tang. Savour the unique taste of five different varieties of fresh-caught seafood in Linguine with scampi, squid, clams, shrimps, mussels and fresh cherry tomato sauce (HK$368), a classic Italian favourite. Another must-try dish is the Mixed grilled seafood Mediterranean style with green salad (HK$1,488), featuring Boston lobster, sea bream, scallop, king prawns, scampi, squid and cuttlefish.

Other menu highlights include Yellow fin tuna tartare with avocado, sun dried tomatoes and horseradish mayonnaise (HK$288); Sautéed mussels with pepper, tomato sauce and garlic bread (HK$288); and Risotto with lemon, Alaskan crabmeat, Hokkaido scallop and caviar (HK$388).

Cucina invites you to indulge in the Seafood Extravaganza from 10 June to 10 July 2016. The menu is served during lunch and dinner against the sparkling backdrop of Victoria Harbour.
