RAMADHAN SELERA KAMPUNG @ CHATZ BRASSERIE , PARKROYAL KUALA LUMPUR

As the fasting month approaches, chefs at Chatz Brasserie, Parkroyal Kuala Lumpur brings you with the traditional Malaysian”kampung” dishes this ramadhan. To reminisce the moment of Ramadhan with family, you will definitely tempt your self till the fullest with the variety of food here.

Starts of your meals with the variety of appetisers and kerabu where you can grab the delicious choices of Nasi Kerabu, Pucuk Paku, Uai Ayam, Kerabu Soo Hoon, Berunding, Kerabu Perut, Kerabu Ikan Bilis, Kerabu Pegaga and more.

They also have variety choices of seafood on ice too. Enjoy the fresh ingredients from the poached mussels, prawn and crab. Have them with a squeeze of lemon or lime wedges or you can accompany with the cocktail sauce and spicy tomato.

Moving to some appetizers, enjoy the choices of ulam –ulaman metah and rebus. Enjoy the variety of petai, jering, ulam raja, kaang botol, daun selom pucuk ubi, terung pipit, tomato, timun, nangka muda and more. Served them with the sambal belachan, sambal manga, sambal tomato, sambal tempoyok, budu and cencalok.

I love those pickles counter where they comes with a variety of choices of pickles and jeruk such as the jeruk asam kelubi, jeruk buah pala, lemang, ketupat palas and also serunding. They also have the appetizing ikan masin, ikan gelama, ikan pari and more. Enjoy the hearty flavourful soup to enjoy where you can have the  sup gear box, broccoli soup, and also bubur lambuk.

At their Action Counter, you can enjoy a variety choices of LIVE cooking from the roti canai, murtabak to the local grilled fish, satay, noodles like the mee rebus, wan tan mee and also chicken rice, siew mai,, char koay teow and more.

 

Not just that, you must go for is of course the aneka rendang where they comes with the variety of rendang like the rendang manis puyuh, rendang ikan, rendang hati johor, rendang ketam, rendang ayam nogori, rendang daging yok, rendang ayam lengkuas sabah and many more.

They also have the loads more to go such as the Briyani Tanam with the Daging with Acar Buah, Dalca, Papadom and also some Chinese delight such as the Chinese Braised Lamb with Five Spice, Deep Fried Garoupa with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Braissed Brocolli  with Black Mushroom and more.

Don’t miss their western delights where they have the Hungarian Chicken Paprika, Baked Oyster, Seafood Thermidoe, and more.

They also have wide spread of desserts such as the Ice Kachang, agar agar bersantan, sago gula Melaka, tapai, kuih bakar pandan, kuih kochi, kuih lopes, pulut panggang, jelly in the glass, bubur cha cha and many more.

“Ramadhan Selera Kampung” at Chatz Brasserie is available from 6th June to 5th July from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm. Enjoy the unlimited of  juices and soft drink , the buffet is priced at RM 128 nett for one person RM 208 nett for two persons, RM 298 nett for three persons, RM 392 nett for four person and RM 95 nett per person for 5 to 100 person. Early birds enjoy the buffet at RM 88 nett per person with advance payment before 31 May. Special savings also apply for selected bank card members.


They also organise “Berbuka Puasa” banquets for a minimum of 80 persons from RM 98 nett per person at their two ballrooms and  two meeting rooms. For reservation and enquiries, please call 03-27828389
