CELEBRATE MOTHER’S DAY @ ZUAN YUAN CHINESE RESTAURANT , ONE WORLD HOTEL

May 5, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

This year, Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant had crafted a great course of 8 course meal to pamper the beloved mother for this month. The  hearty meal which is well crafted by Chef Lee Siew Hap are available for lunch and dinner from 2 till 10 May 2016, priced at RM138 nett per person with a minimum order for 2 persons, RM452 nett for 4 persons and RM686 nett for 6 persons. A variety of food options are available and we tried some of the signatures during the review.

Started off with their signature soup Braised Fish Maw Soup with Abalone “Fook Chow” Style. The soup which is simply good complete with the aromatics and delectable seafood ingredients with the tender braised fish maw and chewy abalone in it. The taste is perfectly good and it indeed a good start for our meal.

Sautéed Prawn with Green Soy Bean in Garlic Sauce.
The bouncy prawns are indeed good and fresh with the pulpy taste in it. It is simply juicy and good and sides with the pulpy green soy bean with it.

Steamed Tiger Garoupa with Bean Curd and Soy Sauce
The juicy fish which is well steamed comes awesomely good with the flaky meat and sweet seafood taste. The beancurd is good too.

Braised Mushroom and Assorted Vegetables with conpoy sauce
We enjoyed the lovely greens which is served. The fresh greens are well prepared together with the flavourful mushroom and conpoy sauce.

Egg Noodles with Sautéed Crab Meat, Egg and Bean Sprouts
The lovely egg noodles comes awesomely good which complete with the lovely fresh ingredients in it. The egg noodles is amazingly good with the sautéed crab meat, egg and bean sprouts together. Awesomely good.

Chilled Mango Puree with Pamelo and Sago with Vanilla Ice Cream & Mini Crystal Longevity Bun
Ends our meal with the heart warming delicious desserts. The mango puree comes well with the topped of the vanilla ice cream and topped with strawberry cuts and pomelo. The dish comes amazingly good and I am pretty falling in love with it.
