THE GOLDEN PROSPERITY YEE SANG AND FEAST MAKES ITS DEBUT AT DORSETT GRAND SUBANG

Join Dorsett Grand Subang as they celebrate this auspicious year of Fire Monkey at The Emperor. Chef Loh Jiunn Voon, Executive Chinese Chef from award winning Chinese restaurant, The Emperor prepared three delectable 8-course feast and Yee Sang for you to indulge in with your loved ones, friends and colleagues. Available from 8 January to 22 February 2016 for lunch and dinner.
Only available at Dorsett Grand Subang, The Golden Prosperity Yee Sang consists of fresh salmon, silver bait fish, mango and more to create this golden combination. As you ‘lou sang’, watch as this golden creation light up, revealing the treasures which lies beneath. And this year, they cmes with 3 choices of Yee Sang which includes the Prosperity Yee Sang with Jelly Fish and Fresh Fruits (RM 58 (S) / RM 98 (L) / Radiant Lotus Roots Yee Sang (RM 68 (S). RM 118 (L)) and lastly is the Golden Prosperity Yee Sang (RM 78 (S) / RM 138 (L). This Chinese New Year, with every purchase of Yee Sang, guests can indulge in selected dishes for RM8.00 nett only.
We have a chance to sample a variety of their signature for the night.
Double-Boiled Cordyceps Flower with Dried Scallops, Village Chicken Soup and Bamboo Pith
The hearty bowl of soup served warm and good where the kampong chicken is being double boiled till perfection with the cordyceps flower, dried scallops, bamboo pith and a few other ingredients producing liquid gold that is simply rejuvenating.
Combination of Crispy Roasted Chicken and Duck accompanied with Marinated Jelly Fish.
The skin comes simply tender and juicy. Just loving this so much.  And it is well served with loads of crackers and also some jellyfish with it.
Steamed Grouper “Hong Kong” Style
Comes with the delicate texture, and fresh fish, one should not missed this where every mouthful is sinfully good. I am just falling in love with this.
Wok-Fried Tiger Prawns with Curry Leaf and Lemon Grass
Huge prawns freshly stir fried with the curry leaf and lemon grass. it is awesomely good and delicious . Double thumbs up. I love the aromatic taste of it.
 
Braised Fish Maw with Dried Oyster and Black Mushroom
It is something must have in the reunion dinner. The delicious meal comes awesomely good especially the fish maw is well braised till perfection.
Double-Boiled Fuji Apples with Snow Fungus and Honey Dates
Deep-fried Chinese New Year Cake with Mochi Green Tea Paste
The Fortune of Gold set, priced at RM1, 188.00 nett per table of eight to 10 persons, starts with their Prosperity Yee Sang with Salmon and shredded Young Mango. The set’s main dishes include Wok-Fried Tiger Prawns with Pumpkin and Creamy Butter Sauce and the steamed Silver Pampano Fish with Taiwanese Beans and Superior Soya Sauce.
The Abundance & Wealth set is priced at RM1, 388.00 nett per table of eight to 10 persons comes with the Prosperity “Yee Sang” with Salmon and refreshing Korean Pear. The highlights of this set includes the Steamed Grouper “Hong Kong” Style and the combination of Crispy Chicken and Duck accompanied with Marinated Jelly Fish.
For RM1, 588.00 nett per table of eight to 10 persons, diners can indulge in the Luxurious Prosperity set. The set is paired with their Prosperity “Yee Sang” with Sliced Abalone and Korean Pear.
