At Californian izakaya Adrift, Chef David Myers has designed a six-course Chinese New Year menu (S$88++) featuring Adrift’s Yu Sheng; Baked Abalone with bacon, sweet peppers and seaweed crust; Duck Confit Eggroll with kumquat dip, as well as Peppered Beef Tenderloin with sweet potato and broccoli flowers. Guests can look forward to Adrift’s special festive cocktail “Monkey’s Ingots” made with Pierre Ferrand 1840 cognac, homemade banana syrup and orange bitters. This menu is available from 5 – 10 February.

db Bistro & Oyster Baris presenting a special family-styled dinner menu with its popular Chinese New Year specials Roast Stuffed Suckling Pig with wild mushrooms, chili garlic kailan, turnips and spiced pork jus as well as the Black Truffle Stuffed Organic “Chicken Rice” with button mushrooms, carrots, peal onions, foie gras and black truffle sauce “Albufera”. In addition, sip on db Bistro’s refreshing festive cocktail “Mandarin Smash” (大吉大利) with Cachaça, muddled kumquat and plum sugar. This menu is available from 8 – 9 February.
Enjoy an Italian meal with a twist with Osteria Mozza’s Seafood Yu Sheng – the Italian
Rivera style featuring fresh slices of hamachi, salmon and scallops served with shredded vegetables and citrus fruits, tossed together with fragrant sesame vinaigrette. The five-course Italian dinner (S$168++) also includes Burrata with sterling caviar, red onion, egg and chive; Black Truffle Tortellini in brood and Porchetta with plum, mustard, cipollini and aged balsamic. This menu is available from 8 to 11 February.
Dine with a view at Sky on 57with Chef Justin Quek’s Chinese New Year five-course set lunch (S$128++) featuring dishes such as the traditional Yu Sheng and French Quail steamed in papillote with Chinese herbs. For a lavish festive dinner, indulge in the gastronomic 6-course set menu (S$198++) featuring Kagoshima Buri Oh, wok fried Maine Lobster and Bird’s Nest. The festive menus are available from 25 January to 22 February.
Feast with the whole family at international buffet restaurant, RISE, with its Chinese New Year specials available from 7 – 9 February. Guests can delight in the traditional Salmon Yu Sheng, Chinese Crab Meat Soup with Abalone, as well as a special Chinese carving station serving Roast Duck, Roast Char Siew and Hainanese Chicken Rice. The hearty buffet spread also includes fresh seafood and dishes from local, Western, Chinese, Japanese and Indian cuisines. RISE’s Chinese New Year buffet is available from 7 – 9 February, with prices starting from S$88++ for lunch and S$98++ for dinner.

This Lunar New Year, The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands is business as usual on both 8 and 9 February, with an abundance of shopping offers and special menus to celebrate the spring festival.

Steamboat speciality restaurant Hotpot Kingdom will also be serving up piping hot soups and premium meats this festive season with its Chinese New Year menu (starting at S$98++, S$138++ and S$188++ per pax). Diners can choose from a selection of mouth-watering broths and meat platters featuring the Wagyu Beef, Kurobuta Pork Belly, and tasty chicken slices. The special menus also showcase the restaurant’s handmade meatballs and live seafood platters featuring live lobster and prawns. Each menu comes with a complimentary yusheng. Later in February, the fun and entertainment continue at the MasterCard Theatres with two exciting shows: Cirque Eloize and Kool & The Gang.
