Let Cupid serenade you and your loved one to Mira Moon Hotel and have an indulgent dining experience this season of love at Supergiant Tapas & Cocktail Bar designed to impress.

Spoil your sweetheart with an intimate dinner and ignite the romance with the sweetness-filled 5-course set dinner at HK$788 plus 10% service charge per couple available between 12 and 14 February 2016.

The affectionate evening starts with the alluring amuse bouche, Foie Gras Chocolate Lollipop, which entices your appetite with decadent and smooth foie gras terrine coated in Chocolate with a mix of apricot and pistachio. Followed by Cured Salmon with Beetroot which offers a sour yet refreshing taste, next is Leek and Watercress Cream, the made-to-order soup served right at your table. Sample either Roasted Australian Rack of Lamb and Green Pea Mousse or Herbs-crusted Barramundi and Green Chilli Couscous from the main. Needless to say, a flawless dinner is not completed without a soulful dessert – Dark Chocolate Feuilletine Cake and Mixed Berry Sorbet which pairs perfectly with your selected bottle of wine or Prosecco.

Pamper your Valentine effortlessly with the inspiring set dinner menu at Supergiant or al fresco Secret Garden for a romantic rendezvous.
