PHO VIETZ @ ATRIA SHOPPING GALLERY

Being one of the busiest outlet in Atria, Pho Vietz is something to look forward to visit. The restaurant located at the upper floors of the mall next to Sambal Chili is simply easy to locate. Well, being to the Vietnamese Cuisine restaurant, one should not missed some of the signature Vietnamese Delights includes the Pho and more.
Pho Vietz serves an extensive range of mouth-watering cuisine, over 50 choices ranging from appetisers to rice, noodles, desserts and drinks. Not just serving Vietnamese Cuisine, one can also able to buy some of the local products there where they offer an array of imported Vietnamese groceries and products up for sale. Quite a variety is available ranging from the Vietnamese instant noodles, premium grade fish sauce, condiments and many more.
 
Vietnamese Spring Roll (RM 8.50)
The Vietnamese Spring Roll comes awesomely good where the thin spring rolls is served packed with the generous amount of ingredients in it. The spring roll comes awesomely good with the dipping sauce.
Fresh Prawn Roll (RM 8.50) 
The Fresh Prawn Rolls is something to look for here. The minced prawn meat together with some vegetables comes awesomely good and it is wrapped with the vietnamese rice roll. Deep fried till golden brown, the prawn roll comes awesomely good with the crunchy bites with it. Crunchy on the outside, chewy and moist on the inside. It is even better with the traditional Vietnamese dipping sauce that comes with it.
Steamed Rice Crepe Roll with Minced Pork ( 2 Roll) (RM 10.50) 
The deliciously done crepe roll together with the minced pork comes amazingly unique. The steamed rice crepe rolls comes very light crepe, soft and thin in texture with flavoursome minced pork within. Comes with the flavourful ingredients in the middle, the dish is amazing good.
Famous Vietnamese Baguette (RM 10.90) 
The Vietnamese Baguette or also known as the Bánh mì comes with the assortment of fresh vegetables that gives you a fresh crunch when you bite into it. Nice one!
 
Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup (RM 17.90) / Vietnamese Pork –Ribs Noodle Soup (RM 17.90)
Some of a Must to eat street food in Vietnam, Pho is indeed something to look forward in Pho Vietz. Bringing you with the slurpy pho noodles with the meaty soup dish, the bowl of noodles is packed with generous amount of beef or pork ribs. The noodles was springy and chewy, it was not overcooked nor under-cooked. Deliciously done.
 
Spring Roll & Lemongrass Pork Vermicelli (RM 14.90) 
The Spring Roll & Lemon Grass Pork Vermicelli brings you with an wholesome dish. I love the way it is served and the Lemongrass is well infused into the pork itself.Nice.
Braised Pork in Coconut Juice with Rice (RM 26.90) 
The hearty bowl of collagen delights which is the Braised Pork Belly In Coconut Juice With Rice (Thit Heo Kho Trung) is the everyday dish in Southern Vietnam. The classical dish is cooked for hours with the beautiful pork belly and eggs in the sweet coconut juice. The dish is indeed melts in your mouth with the sweet and savory sauce bringing you with the succulent and rich porklicious meal. I love the soft meat and the gravy. Awesomely good.
 
Vietnamese Sour Soup & Caramel Fish Combo with Rice (RM 30.90)  
For those who does not like to have any porklicious, one should try their Vietnamese Sour Soup & Caramel Fish Combo with Rice. The generous portion of ingredient where they have the Vietnamese Sour Soup which comes with the fresh prawns, fresh herbs and vegetables and best eaten with steamed jasmine rice. Together with it is the Caramel Fish Combo which comes awesomely good with huge pieces of fish with it.
