CAFE AT HYATT REGENCY HONG KONG, TSIM SHA TSUI PRESENTS NEW YEAR . NEW TASTE

January 5, 2016 by StrawberrY Gal

To bring in the New Year, explore the brand new gourmet delights featured in the dinner buffet at Cafe!  The culinary team is proud to introduce poached live Boston lobsters and a sumptuous selection of grilled meat for guests to enjoy.

The Tantalising Live Lobsters
Sample the true taste of one of the world’s finest shellfish.  Choose your favourite live Boston lobster at the station, and our chef will prepare it to order.  Don’t miss out on the paired homemade sauces, such as tomato salsa, pomelo soy sauce or spicy Thai sauce, to elevate the taste of freshness!

The Enticing Grill Selections
The newly added selections at the grill station are sure to be heaven for meat lovers.  Diners will be fascinated by the meat platter featuring thick cuts of sirloin, rib eye, racks of lamb and more.

The Alluring Wine-infused Specialties
Our chefs have also created a series of wine-infused specialties for January and February to excite you.  Impressive delicacies include marinated chilled shrimp with distillers’ grain wine, marinated duck with distillers’ grain wine and ginseng, pan-fried foie gras with grapes and port wine gravy, as well as sautéed black mussels with garlic, vegetable julienne and white wine.

Other than the above featured dishes, the all-day restaurant Cafe also serves an impressive range of freshly made delicacies from different live cooking stations, ranging from sushi and sashimi, teppanyaki and tempura from the Japanese kitchen, a fine selection of grilled seafood, fresh pastas and pizzas from the Western kitchen to authentic curries and fresh naan breads from the Indian kitchen and an array of western antipasti, salads, cold cuts, seafood on ice, as well as homemade desserts.
