From enticing 4-course menus at Flint Grill & Bar and alfresco Fish Bar to sumptuous buffets at JW Café and The Lounge, each venue  offers a delightful option to impress your important half. Spice up the occasion with Dolce 88’s limited edition Valentine’s Day  sweet treats, crafted by our award-winning pastry team.

Couples can look forward to a delicious 4-course set dinner menu on 13 or 14 February, specially- crafted by Executive Chef, Chris Irving. The menu starts off with a selection of Valentine’s Day canapés like paprika gougère, Burgundy snail, veal and porcini cromesquis, house-cured salmon, scallop tartare and gazpacho. Followed by a second course of poached oyster with lardo, sea urchin and smoked mussel broth; sautéed foie gras with rhubarb, honey and parsnip; or salt-baked beetroot with labneh, lavender and fennel pollen. The mains include Linz Prime tenderloin with Vidalia onion, roast cauliflower and pomegranate; steamed sea bass with Dungeness crab, corn, vanilla and heart of palm; or wild forest mushroom with pine nuts, celeriac, truffle and puff pastry. Complete an enticing meal with a choice of rose apple tart with vanilla and cardamom; or velvet chocolate pillow with balsamic and cherry. 4-course set menu is available from 6pm to 10:30pm on 13 and 14 February, and priced at HK$880 per person.

Or treat your special someone to a sumptuous dinner buffet, showcasing a magnificent spread of seafood and dishes such as Hamachi, abalone and scallop sashimi; Boston lobster and Alaskan king crab legs; Siberian caviar; braised fish maw with oyster sauce; wok-fried prawn with garlic; braised fish maw and duck web with oyster sauce; and pan-fried foie gras served with glazed figs and

Australian wagyu beef at the live cooking stations. Start off with a superb seafood tower, comprising Boston lobster, prawn, French Cancale oyster, New Zealand green mussel and sushi roll; vichyssoise soup with green apple and Siberian caviar; pan-seared Chilean sea bass and lobster potsticker with dashi broth, seaweed, shimeji mushroom and fish roe; and a chocolate platter including praline, cake and mousse for a sweet, romantic finish. 4-course set menu is available from 6pm to 10:30pm on 13 and 14 February, and
