SPARKLING CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR AT HARBOUR GRAND HONG KONG

A sparkling festive season begins when guests step into the splendid lobby of Harbour Grand Hong Kong with our 15-feet tall crystal Christmas tree and signature gigantic Swarovski Chandelier. The whole premises will be in full Christmas atmosphere as we have prepared a selection of exquisite dishes in all five restaurants for this memorable season. With glistening Christmas lights along the two sides of Victoria Harbour during Christmas and, of course, the count-down moment on New Year’s Eve, secure your seats at our restaurants to enjoy the precious moment with the spectacular view and a glamorous show to welcome year 2016!
Le 188˚ Restaurant & Lounge

Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows on 3 sides, Le 188° Restaurant & Lounge offers a 188-degree harbour view from the very top of Harbour Grand Hong Kong is the best spot to enjoy the coolest moments of the year while savouring modern European cuisine and festive delights. On Christmas Eve, a 7-course set dinner at HK$1,888 per person features Alaska King Crad Leg with Wasabi Cream Sauce and the choice of mains includes Crusted Fillet of French Turbot with Asparagus, Char-Grilled Australia M5 Waygu Tenderloin with Risotto Cake and Roasted Butterball Turkey Roll with Pan-fried French Duck Foie Gras. The menu ends with a traditional sweet of French Pudding with Cinnamon Ice-cream.

The seducing 6-course dinner on Christmas Day starts with French Duck Foie Gras Terrine with Raspberry, Cream of Pea short with Alaseka Crab Leg and Herbs Crumble. Chef has prepared three choices of main dish – Crispy Cod Fillet with Tiger Prawn, Artichoke and Lobster Butter Balsamico Sauce, Grilled Rack of Venison with Polenta Cake, Wild Mushroom and Balsamico Sauce, Roasted Butterball Turkey Roll with Pan-fried French Duck Foie Gras to cater for different taste buds. Round off your perfect evening with Christmas Black Forest Log Cake with Cherry Compote and Vanilla Cherry Ice-cream. The set dinner is priced at HK$1,388 per person.

On New Year’s Eve, at HK$2,188 per person, a sumptuous 7-course set dinner highlights with Boston Lobster Salad and three main dishes for your selection – Australia Waygu Beef Striploin with French Duck Foie Gras, Ravioli and Juniper Berries Jus and Roasted Dutch Veal Rack with Girollo Mushroom and Black Truffle Jus. Pistachio and Apricot with Mango Compote will be a desirable choice to mark a perfect end of 2015.

A supplement of HK$400 per person for 3 glasses of wine will be paired with Charismas Eve and
Christmas Day Set Menus to enhance the festive ambience.

Harbour Grand Café
Express your greatest love to your family and friends by bringing them to enjoy a deluxe Christmas and New Year’s Eve buffet with a wide selection of international cuisines and a plethora of festive delights on our 80-feet long buffet counter. Highlighted items include the signature seafood on ice – Freshly Shucked Oysters, Boston Lobsters, Clams, Sea Whelks, Shrimps and Mussels. Do not miss the traditional Christmas items, such as Roasted Turkey, Grilled Lamb Provencale, a wide selection of festive sweets and more. Christmas Eve’s and Christmas Day Dinner Buffet start from HK$728 per adult and HK$518 per child (2 seatings). New Year’s Eve Dinner Buffet priced from HK$688 for adult and HK$508 for child.

To kick off the year of 2016, Harbour Grand Hong Kong specially presents a Brunch Buffet featuring free flow sparkling wine for adults. The Brunch Buffet is extended from 11:30am to 3:00pm on New Year’s Day and is priced at HK$588 per adult and HK$308 per child.

Kwan Cheuk Heen
Prefer to have a traditional Chinese way to commemorate the festive season. Two exquisite New Year’s Eve menus including abundance of Chinese delicacies are available for your selection at Kwan Cheuk Heen. Come and celebrate the joyful moment of the year with your family. Set Menus start from HK$668 per person.

Nagomi
Savour our All-You-Can-Eat Japanese Dinner to celebrate Christmas in which you can enjoy over 40 kinds of Japanese delicacies ranging from Sashimi, Sushi, Hand Roll, Grilled Dish to a lot more with fresh ingredients and don’t miss our special offer including Deluxe Sashimi Platter, featuring jet-fresh Bafun Uni, Live Akagai and Botan Shrimp from Japan and Korea. The All-You-Can-Eat Japanese Dinner is priced at HK$798 per adult and HK$498 per child.

Other than celebrating at the hotel, Harbour Grand Hong Kong has also prepared Takeaway Menu for
celebration at your choice of venue. The menu has included most, if not all, of your favourites of
Christmas such as Roasted Butterball Turkey, Baked Minced Pie, Cold Cut Platter, Roasted US Prime Sirloin, Roasted Chicken, Christmas Pudding, Apple Crumble and Yule Log Cake.
