Manmaru Robatayaki & Bar at Atria Shopping Gallery brings you with their Christmas & New Year dinner this year! MANAMARU XMAS

Appetizer
Salmon Tataki, Unagi Korokee to Yuzu Miso, Haramuki to Tartar Sauce

Starts your meal with their lovely appetizers where each of it comes in colourful combination. I love the salmon tataki which brings you with the appetizing salsa sauce. The deep ried croquette with the miso sauce is another delicious item to look for. With the crispy bites at the outer layer, inside brings you the creamy taste.

MANAMARU XMAS

MANAMARU XMAS

Assorted Sashimi
Enjoy the bowl of myriad color sashimi which the decent cut of salmon, tuna and scallops in it. Beautifully presented.

MANAMARU XMAS
MANAMARU XMAS

Foie Gras Volcano Sushi Roll
Enjoy the beautiful delights where the cream base molten lava volcano where inside is the Foie Gras Sushi Roll. Brings you with the rich and creamy taste gravy, I am indeed enjoying the lovely sushi that complete wth the creamy taste but not too cloying.
MANAMARU XMAS
Sakana Kami Yaki/Grilled Salmon with Mixed Herbs
As for the main course, we had the lovely grilled salmon where it is served in a wrap and kept heated over stone –like serving ware. Even though the presentation is not fancy and the other dishes, but I am indeed falling in love with this so much. The salmon itself brings you with natural sweetness from the fish with the flaky texture. Served together with the tomato delights which makes it even more appetizing.
MANAMARU XMAS
Passion Innaniwa/Modern Inaniwa Udon
Beautifully presented, The dish is indeed awesomely good. The cold udon served in their thick tangy gravy brings you with the sweet sourish blend and the slurpilicious udon.
MANAMARU XMAS
Winter Tiramisu/ Tiramisu and coconut ice cream
Ends your meal with some sweet delights. The lovely tiramisu is amazingly good with the melts in the mouth sensation and the smooth texture. Topped with the extra bites from the coconut flakes.
