ASHLEY’S CHRISTMAS BUCKET 2015

December 23, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Ashley’s by LivingFood brings to you its Christmas Specials – promising a lovely, cosy and delicious dining experience for the whole family! Touted for its wholesome fare made  from the best ingredients and cooking methods, this year’s Christmas menu crafted by Chef Ashley includes a choice of organic roast turkey or red wine pot roast beef in a set priced at only RM150++ per pax.
Starter: Truffle mushroom soup with garlic bread

Begin your night of indulgence with Ashley’s rich, freshly made mushroom soup drizzled liberally with truffle oil. Enjoy the hot, thick texture of the soup as you dip it into homemade garlic bread, made from sprouted wheat berry flour.

Main: Choice of Roast Turkey, Red Wine Pot Roast Beef OR Vege Crumble (served with Christmas Nut & Seed Loaf)

Perfectly roasted, juicy organic turkey or tender, succulent and flavourful pot roast beef? Or if you lean towards the vegetarian side, Ashley’s legendary Vege Crumble is a no-brainer – healthy and bursting with delicious flavours. Chef Ashley’s latest concoction, the vegan nut and seed loaf, will be served alongside whichever main you choose. You’ll be thrilled at how well it complements your turkey, beef or vege crumble!

Dessert: Gingerbread trifle with mulled wine ice cream
Savour the end of the night with warm gingerbread trifle served with homemade mulled wine ice cream. Each spoonful will slowly melt in your mouth as you linger over dessert and conversation with your loved ones.

Not forgetting the drinks, Ashley’s serves a free flow of mulled wine and warmed apple cider throughout your dinner!

For those who prefer to host their own Christmas lunch or dinner, Ashley’s also offers a mouthwatering Christmas Basket selection including whole organic turkey roasted with pink peppercorns and served with blush plum sauce, wagyu rack of ribs served with ume plum sauce, roasted leg of lamb and beef brisket pot roast.

(Full Christmas basket selection and prices below in the photo provided)
