TEA TIME PROMOTION @ PARADISE DYNASTY, PARADIGM MALL

Paradise Dynasty is indeed one of our favourite place for good food and meal. I still remember when I first enter to Paradise Dynasty, we are amazed with their 8 colors XLB and now they have released their Dynasty Teatime Set which is available every Monday to Friday 3 pm to 6 pm.

Starting with our Dynasty Teatime Set where it comes with a glass of Pu Err Tea and Xiao Long Bao (3pcs). In their menu, they have six choices of Teatime Set to savour

La Mian with Sliced Pork in Signature Pork Bone Soup (猪骨汤鲜肉卷拉面)(RM16.80)
Served in a good portion for one, the La Mian is well prepared and topped with sliced pork on top. Nice bouncy noodles with their signature soup in it.

La Mian with Minced Meat and Mushroom Sauce (京味炸酱拉面)(RM16.80)
For those who prefer slightly heavy aroma of La Mian; they can have them with the minced meat and topped with the mushroom sauce

Shanghai Fried Rice(上海炒饭)( RM16.80)
Well; those who had late lunch or perhaps a rice person can have their Shanghai Fried Rice Set. The portion of rice comes simply good which is filled with the wok hei and aromatic taste in it.

Yang Zhou Fried Rice    (扬州炒饭)( RM16.80)
The lovely plate of fried rice filled with the aromatic taste brings me a filling meal indeed. The good and delicious fried rice is something to look for if you are in Paradise Inn.

Not just teasets available in Paradise Dynasty, but we pampered with the Signature Dishes from Paradise Inn. As we know; one must not missed the Signature Dynasty

Signature Dynasty Xiao Long Bao
(皇朝小笼包(八种口味)) (RM  25.90).
The Xiao Long Bao is indeed simply special where it comes with different eight different steamed dumpling which is different coloured skin and different flavored soup stuffed within.Original, Ginseng, Foie Gras, Black Truffle, Crab Roe, Cheesy, Garlic and SzeChuan is the varieties of the Xiao Long Bao is available there. There is a procedure to enjoy the xiao long bao where you taste original, ginseng, foie gras, truffle, chessy, crab roe, garlic and finally szechuan.

The 8 flavours dissected:
1. Original –Where it is really filling with the fresh pork in the soup brooth
2. Ginseng/green – Which appears to be filling with the herbal and ginseng which both of the meat and ginseng complements well together.
3. Foie Gras/brown – It is indeed a luxury dim sum which is well made and the taste is simpl good as well.
4. Black Truffle/black – The dim sum does have a nice and plush aroma and the delighting taste of the black truffle in it.
5. Cheese/yellow
6. Crab Roe/orange – The crab roe is indeed a good one where it is well made and the taste Is being infused well with the pork and delicated taste of the crab roe.
7. Garlic/grey – The taste is simply fragrant and it has the slight garlic taste with it
8. Szechuan/pink – It is indeed a place which comes with a slightly spicy and there is a touch of chili oil and the Szechuan peppercorn.

Radish Pastry (萝卜丝酥饼)( RM9.90)
The radish pastry (RM9.90 for 3 pcs) is a bite of dim sum to try off. The radish pastry deliciously done where they are well wrapped together with the radish . It is then being deep fried till goleden brown and with the crispy sensation combines with the tip top juiciness in it.

Scrambled Egg White with Fish and Dried Scallop (芙蓉赛螃蟹)( RM20.90)
The dish with the legend behind where the Empress Dowager Cixi demanded for crabs during off season, one of the imperial chef came up with this dish of imitating crab meat using egg white and scallops. The dish comes to our favourite and one of a MUST to order when we are there.

Sauteed Shredded Pork served with Chinese Flour Crepe (京醬肉絲) (RM21.90)
The dish comes awesomely good where each mouthful comes tender and juicy. Makes is very addictive too.

Deep-fried Diced Chicken in Szechuan Style (四川辣子鸡丁 )(RM20.90)
For some kick of spiciness, one can have some kick of spiciness where the chicken is being deep fried till perfection with the blend of Szechuan in it. The taste is amazingly good and I love the crunchy spicy taste.

Chilled Sliced Pork in Minced Garlic and Soya Sauce (香辣蒜泥白肉 )(RM17.90)
The dish comes simply unique and a good one too. I love the way how the way it is done. The lovely sliced pork served together with the minced garlic and soya sauce is just as good as it is.

In here, they do have a good range of desserts to go for.

Glutinous Rice Dumplings served in Ginger Soup(滋补姜茶湯圓 (2粒))( RM7.90)
The lovely dumpling soaked in the ginger soup base comes awesomely good. The ginger aromatic taste with the bouncy dumpling is as nice as it is.

Chilled Aloe Vera and Osmanthus in Honey Lemon Juice (檸檬蘆薈桂花蜜)( RM8.90)
The lovely bowl of desserts comes awesomely good, filled with the soothing texture and the delicious blend of aloe vera taste in it.

Glutinous Rice Dumplings in Fermented Rice Wine (桂花酒釀丸子)( RM7.90)

Glutinous Rice Ball topped with Grated Nut (擂沙湯圓 (4粒) )(RM8.90)
The lovely glutinous rice ball which is perfectly done and topped with the grated nut. Delicious.
