For those who are a big fans of Kit Kat, one of the place you should visit is the KitKat Boutiques called “Kit Kat Chocolatory(キットカット ショコラトリー)”. There are five of them which are in Tokyo(東京), Ikebukuro(池袋), Nagoya(名古屋), Kyoto(京都) and Sapporo(札幌).

“KitKat Chocolatory” is the specialty stores of KitKat bars opened in collaboration with Japanese chocolatier Yasuhiro Takagi, who is a pastry chef of LE PATISSIER TAKAGI and a person who created many unique flavors for KitKat bars before. In here you can find special edition KitKat bars you can not buy at neither supermarkets nor convenient stores.

This is where you can find those limited edition kit kat. In here the kit kat are more of a luxury Kit Kat store than a collection of Kit Kats from all over Japan. Being a big fans of kit kat; I almost wanted everything from the shop but now Kit Kat here have some limits for those who are buying them. Some of the items are only limited 2 boxes per person. The packaging is classier, and the ingredients are said to be of higher quality. The prices are indicative of this: a single, regular-sized Kit Kat bar costs 324 yen, while a box of 4 mini Kit Kats costs 432 yen.
