PIERRE GAGNAIRE RETURNS AND BRINGS HIS WHITE TRUFFLE MENU TO MANDARIN ORIENTAL, HONG KONG

Pierre Gagnaire’s two Michelin-starred signature restaurant, Pierre, on the 25th floor of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, will offer a special White Truffle tasting menu from 18 to 25 November 2015. Legendary chef Pierre Gagnaire and Jean-Denis Le Bras, Chef de Cuisine at Pierre will showcase their extraordinary creative talent and create a special four-course menu together in which each dish will incorporate this exquisite seasonal ingredient. The price of the four-course tasting menu will be HKD2,888 per person* and the dishes can be ordered individually. The renowned chef will be present for both lunch and dinner throughout this period.
