HAIRY CRAB DELICACIES AT HOI KING HEEN

Celebrate the autumn season with seasonal hairy crab specialities at Hoi King Heen. Executive Chinese Chef Leung Fai Hung has selected the premium hairy crabs from Taihu Lake and created a heavenly hairy crab feast menu during the months of October and November.

Sample the selection of hairy crab specialties featuring rich and creamy crab roe with shrimp, fresh milk, cuttlefish, pumpkin and eggplant, taking your taste buds on an exceptional journey of flavours.

-Hairy crab delicacies include:
-Steamed hairy crab
-Braised hairy crab roe stuffed with deep-fried bean curd bags
-Steamed minced pork with hairy crab roe in pumpkin
-Deep-fried shrimp mousse with hairy crab roe
-Pan-fried toast rolls with hairy crab roe
-Pan-fried eggs with hairy crab roe
-Baked eggplant with cheese and hairy crab roe
-Scrambled egg white and fresh milk with hairy crab roe
-Braised cuttlefish balls with hairy crab meat
-Baked hairy crab in “Tai Shan” style
