Mooncakes are a traditional staple during Mid-Autumn festival which occurs between the month of August and September every year. During the Yuan Dynasty, mooncakes were used by the Chinese to plan a rebellion against Mongol government.
A total of 11 types of mooncakes will be available for purchase, including the signature Honey Dragon Fruit mooncake. The unique flavour of Honey Dragon Fruit comes in both baked and crystal skin variations, handcrafted by master chefs. The exotic dragonfruit is high in both antioxidants and Vitamin C hence, making it less of a guilty pleasure for guests who are health conscious. For guests who are keeping track of their sugar levels, Dorsett Grand Subang offers low-sugar variations for its baked mooncakes.
