One of the signature to look forward for this upcoming mooncake will be their new savoury sweet mooncake which is the Fiery Phoenix (RM 29 each) where it brings you with the combination of spices which is like the lemongrass and the five spice powder. Added to it is the piquant sensation from the chilli padi and the tomyum paste which is not too overpowering and nicely balanced. Not just that, the exciting blend of the sun-dried scallop and dried shrimp flavour combine with the aromatics give out an interesting burst of flavours.
