New Creations

Masterchef Lap Fai and his talented culinary team have crafted two new snow skin mooncake flavours with tantalising local twists: Mini Snow Skin Avocado with Almond Flakes and Golden SG50 Mini Snow Skin Red/White Twist.

Mini Snow Skin Avocado with Almond Flakes 迷你冰皮杏片牛油果月饼 ($9.50 per piece). Premium avocado, steamed and blended with baked almond flakes to add a toasty aroma to the creamy and velvety texture. Famous for being a rich source of vitamins and minerals, this versatile fruit married with almonds will be your favourite mooncake this Mid-Autumn!

Golden SG50 Mini Snow Skin Red/White Twist SG50狮城五十周年庆团圆 ($9.50 per piece). Be in for a popping surprise when you bite into our exclusive SG50 flavoured mooncakes!  Exquisitely crafted with a combination of red bean paste and salted green bean paste, these Merlion pieces are imbued with luxurious bits of gold foil, sprinkled with popping candies.  Enfolded within a red (natural Cherry colour) and white tender snowskin to represent our nation’s colour, it is a nostalgic flavour that magically transports you back to your childhood!
