KOBE JAPANESE RESTAURANT

From their old location which is in Terrace of Hock Choon, The Kobe Japanese Restaurant has relocated to a larger location with more bigger and spacious space.

Located at Nihonkan Building at Jalan Ampang; the place brings you with a bigger space where they have the beer garden, sushi bar and also the private dining rooms.

Sunomono Moriwase RM18.90
We started with the Sunomono Moriwase where it comes with the Ebi, Hako Kani, Hotate and Tako. All are well served with the cooked and marinated seafood. Such a

Hiyayako RM7.90
The Japanese tofu laid graciously half dipped in the soyu sauce and at the top is garnished with alfafa, seaweeds, daikon radish, ginger, Katsuobushi, plum paste and scallion. The tofu comes simply flavourful which makes the dish simply appetizing.

Soft Shell Crab Salada (RM29.90)
The Soft Shell Crab Salada comes awesomely good where the portion of grennies comes fresh with their homemade sauce. Served together with the crispy soft shell crab.

Volcano Roll (RM39.90)
Presented uniquely and beautifully with the fire with it; it had already touched our heart before we try it. In the middle, the salmon sushi roll are being heavily dressed up with the creamy mayo sauce. Awesome!

Tamarin Moriwase (RM39.90)
Beautifully served sushis with fresh seaweed at the middle. Comes with 6 different of sushi like the ikura sushi, ika sushi and many more. All are well done till perfectionist and every mouthful is divinely good.

Asari Kinoko Miso Shiru (RM14.90)
Hearty bowl of soup is served with the huge clams and mushroom. Every mouthful comes with the flavourful blend of sweetness from the seafood.

Seafood Chawanmushi (RM28.90)
The bowl of hearty chawanmushi is served with the myriad color. The steamed egg comes with loads of seafood in it which includes the prawns, scallops, fish and fish roe in it. The texture is simply smooth and silky and the seafood which is added into the chawanmushi had enhanced the overall taste of it.

Kobe Roll (RM44.90)
Sushis are not to be missed here. The Kobe is simply good with the thinly slice of the kobe beef with it. Every mouthful is sinfully good and it’s heavenly.

Seafood Teppanyaki (RM34.90)
Asides from sushi, teppanyaki is also available in Kobe too. The plate of hearty teppanyaki comes with the huge tiger prawns, scallops, squids and salmon. Accompany with a small portion of teppan vege with it.

Tempura Moriwase (RM37.90)
Looking for some hot and crispy bites? There you go with the Tempura Moriawase. The fresh ingridients like the prawns, mushroom, brinjals, and also the lady fingers are being deep fried till perfection with the golden brown color. Delicious!

Surumeika Yaki (RM29.90)
The huge octpus is being marinated and grilled till perfection. The octopus comes chewy and yet moist with the added wasabi sauce with it. Bringing you with a kick of umpph with the wasabi in it.

Shake Oyako Chazuke (RM29.90)

A simple Japanese dish whohc is made by piring the hot water on the bowl of cooked rice and accompanied with all kinds of topping. In Kobe, we are served with the seaweeds, and also the salmon to accompany the homey delights.

Ebi Gyoza (RM 34.90)
Served in the set of 6; the ebi gyoza is being pan fried till perfection with the touched of ginger on top. Nice!
