INDUSTRIAL CHIC “SCARLETT CAFÉ & WINE BAR” OPENS IN HONG KONG

On May 6th , the trendy ‘industrial chic, French café & Wine Bar’ concept, which has proved a popular, hit in Beijing and Bangkok, is coming to the trendy Kimberley Road restaurant & bar enclave of Tsim Sha Tsui .

Blackboard menus, metal and distressed wood décor; open kitchen and inviting bar are hallmarks of the winning formula – with a reasonably priced menu of good portions and super-prime products.

Scarlett is also promising the “best value French wines in Hong Kong” through its own imports and frequent wine promotions – with prices starting at just HK$220 a bottle, HK$45 a glass and half of the 70 all French labels under HK$500.

Complementing the impressive wine cellar, the diverse evening menu is featuring a large selection of tapas, Pates & Terrines, cheese/charcuterie boards, pasta, meat dishes and Chef Specials.

During lunchtime, the trendy menu extends to classic sandwiches & burgers, free-range organic rotisserie chicken, salads and pasta with a 2-course menu for only 88 HKD and 3-course menu for 98 HKD.

With its indoor and outdoor seating, Scarlett will also be open from 7 am for American-style breakfasts, including freshly baked pastries, authentic waffles, pancakes and egg specialties.

Open from early morning till late, Scarlett is creating different atmospheres according to the time of day – from affordable breakfasts, brunches and ‘happy hours’ for the office crowd to a trendy evening ambience for wining and dining.

Opening Weekly Promotions:

– Monday to Friday from 4pm to 7PM: Happy Hour – large selection of imported wines by the glass for 45 HKD

– Mondays: Buy 1 meter long cold cuts and cheese platter and get one house wine bottle complimentary

– Tuesdays from 5PM: Ladies Night – Bubbles bottles for 150HKD for ladies only

– Sunday Brunch: Selected Rose bottles for 200 HKD
