WEIL HOTEL’S CULINARY TEAM PREPARES EXCEPTIONAL RAMADHAN SPREAD

WEIL Hotel, a bespoke-concept hotel welcomes the holy month of Ramadhan by bringing the Middle East to Ipoh through its scrumptious line-up of authentic Middle-Eastern cuisine at their all-day dining restaurant, TIFFIN. Among the highlights of this Ramadhan promotion starting June 18 – July 17 comprises of; Fattoush salad, Chicken tagine, Lebanese lamb and bean stew, majadha rice, mezze (baba ghanoush, hummus, labneh, marinated olive with lemon and harissa).

Mr. Liew Yu-Wei, Executive Director of WEIL Hotel said, “During the sacred month of Ramadhan we are pleased to foster the spirit of togetherness through our Ramadhan promotion line-up. The exceptional ambience of the venue amid a sumptuous iftar buffer line, delightful blend of salad and desserts section and various live cooking stations make it ideal for family, friends and colleagues to assemble. I believe our guests and diners will enjoy the variety of flavours from our Ramadhan feast.”

“Among our ‘must try’ selection include roasted lamb with a touch of Middle East, traditional local cuisines such as bubur lambuk, pajeri nenas berkerisik, kerabu ikan kembung, Chinese cuisine such as Wok fried black pepper udon and western desserts such as raspberry roll cake, green tea crème brulee,” said Chef Adil Afendi bin Muhamad, Chef de cuisine for Main Kitchen, WEIL Hotel.

The Ramadhan buffet starts from 7.00pm to 10.00pm daily and is priced at RM68nett for adult and RM38nett for children between ages 6-12 years old. For those intending to come in a group, there are Ramadhan Buffet Vouchers that can be purchased in a booklet for 10 persons selling at RM688nett with each booklet purchased you get 2 additional vouchers for free. Rates quoted are inclusive of GST.

WEIL Hotel also offers exclusive space for those interested to hold corporate, family or private Ramadhan dinner in their private function rooms which can cater for a minimum of 50 guests up to 500 guests.
