SELERA MALAYSIA RAMADHAN BUFFET @ GOBO CHIT CHAT, TRADERS HOTEL KLCC

GOBO Chit Chat at Traders Hotel KLCC brings you with their Selera Malaysia Buffet Promotion in conjuction of the holy month. Celebrate your time and enjoy the scrumptious buffet from 18 June 2015 till 16 July 2015 with the huge variety.

Started off with the salad Bar, you will get the selection of the western style of salad which is the ceasar salad, mixed greens with the dressing. If you love to get the Malaysia style salad , hop to try off the variety of delicious tempting delights like the gado godo, rojak pasembur, acar buah, ulam ulaman, sambal, begedel ayam and a variety of kerabu.

Moving to the Japanese Station is filled with the variety of assorted sashimi, sushis and maki. Melts your mouth with the fresh cut of salmon.

Do not missed the Asian dishes where you can have grab the fragrant and robust flavors from the sambal petai udang,. rendang daging (beef) , ayam masak merah, ikan merah asam pedas, ketam masak lemak, braissed Hong Kong Noodles, Kung Pao chicken, Stir Fried Nai Mak, Fish Teriyaki and also the poached Chicken.

A highlight of the buffet spread is of course the Butter Milk crabs as well as the Chili Crabs.

They also have a variety of briyani to go for which includes the biryani ayam and the biryani udang. Don’t missed the whole lamb leg for this ramadhan.

For those who are a big fans of barbecued, do try their sotong squid, blanched squid,prawns as well as the variety of grilled fish.

The “goreng goreng” station also served a variety of delicious fried delight sghich includes the fried quail, udang goreng berempah, ketam goreng kunyit and many more.

Never ends your meal without trying the desserts. They have the Cucur Udang, Pisang Goreng, Pulut Durian, Ice Kachang, Blueberry Cheese Cake, Raspberry Jelly, Coconut Layer Cake, Tiramisu and many more.

The Selera Malaysia Ramadan Buffet 2015 is priced at RM 119 nett for adult from 18th to 21st June 2015 and at RM 129 nett for adult from 22nd June till 16th July 2015.

Those who wish to come in groups are encouraged to take note of the 6+1 promotion which will run throughout Ramadan.
