RAMADHAN DELIGHTS @ GRAND SEASONS HOTEL KUALA LUMPUR

This year, Grand Seasons Hotel brings you with the generous selection of food in their buffet spread this coming Ramadan. Though they do not have much team for their Ramadhan this year but Grand Seasons brings you with the tantalizing delicious cuisine to welcome the holy month.

With over 130 types of dishes each day ranging from refreshing appetizers to satisfying desserts, diners will be spoilt for choice. One is able to sample a bit of everything as our buffet spread consists of Malaysian favourites.

Start your ‘Berbuka Puasa’ with a refreshing glass of Air Tebu, Bandung, Soya Bean Milk, Cincau or Cendol with a bite or two of the traditional dates.

Then tuck into a medley of appetizers consisting of Exotic Thai Chicken Roll, Prawn Honey Salad, Betik Muda Ikan Bilis, Assorted Sushi and Maki and Pasembor. Not to mention the traditional Ulam-ulam and Kerabu with its myriad of dressings, among others.

Those who are more adventurous will enjoy our signature ‘Sup Gearbox’, Sup Tulang Rawan expertly made to ensure a full and wholesome taste. The sup gearbox is intensely flavoured and every mouthful of the soup is awesomely good.

Main courses include favourites like Nasi Beraini Gam, Nasi Kandar Penang, Kambing Panggang Seekor, Rendang Tok, Ikan Bakar, Ikan Masak Lemak Tempoyak, Kari Kepala Ikan, Ikan Pekasam Masak Lemak dengan Pucuk Manis, Ayam Percik, Ayam Masak Rempah dengan Nangka Muda, Rendang Daging, Daging Kerutup, Udang Masak Merah, Telur Itik Masak Lemak, Sotong Goreng Berlada, Rebung Masak Lemak Special items like Ikan Tiga Rasa, Fried Mussel ala ‘Kam Heong’ and Pasta Aglio Olio, to name a few. And how can we forget the ever-popular Bubur Lambuk – this once-a-year-temptation? Those who are hooked to Laksa will be happy to know that there will be different types ranging from Laksa Utara, Assam Laksa Gurney Drive, Laksa Johor and many more.

Not to be missed is the Nasi Briyani where the briyani comes simply aromatic with the spices in it. It is deliciously good as how it is being served and I can say the delights is something worth to go for,

They have got more to offer. There will be action stalls offering authentic favourites such as Ayam Golek Berempah Panggang, Mee Rebus, Dim Sum, Chicken
Rice and its assorted condiments, Murtabak, Otak-otak, Chicken Satay, Ikan Panggang Daun Pisang, Szechuan Chargrilled Tenderloin Indian Chicken Makhani, Lamb Madras, Roti Sharwarma and the ever-popular Beef and Chicken Satay with all its side condiments.

We have also new dishes new Malay creations dishes like Ikan Masin Talang Lemak, Kupang Goreng Berlada, Pajelis Terung, Sotong Masak Sambal Bawang, Daun Pisang Ikan Panggang and Kerabu Kaki Ayam.

Be sure to leave some space for sweet endings as you would not want to miss our selection of satisfying desserts. We have western styled mousses and creams of different kinds, jellies, tarts, cakes and crumbles, Crème Caramel, Hot Chocolate Pudding and Bread Pudding. For a taste of local sweets – the rich Sago Gula Melaka,soft and chewy Dodol and the satisfying Ais Kacang – are a feast to our eyes and a treasure chest of yummy ingredients.
