Featuring Guest Chef Francesco Triscornia

Flint Grill & Bar at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong welcomes Chef Francesco Triscornia from the Boscolo Etoile Academy, the first and most prestigious culinary academy in Italy as he presents an indulging 4-course Tuscan dinner menu from 8 to 14 June 2015.

“Diners may look forward to a truly authentic Italian dining experience by Chef Francesco as he expertly crafts a selection of Tuscan dishes that is synonymous to Tuscany’s landscape – pure,
fresh and simple, complemented by an exceptional dining atmosphere at Flint Grill & Bar.” Said Head Chef, Sven Wunram.

The delicious 4-course menu includes choice of Panzanella Salad with Pecorino Cheese of Fossa Senese and Lard or Tuscan Pappa Al Pomodoro to start; followed by Chianti Wine Braised Ravioli with Sweet Garlic and Black Truffle. For the main course, choose either the “Caciucco” Fish Stew with Red Prawn and Shellfish or Chianina Florentine Steak with Cannellini Beans, Borrettane Onion in Balsamic Vinegar. Complete the dinner with a sweet finish of Prato Cantuccini (coffee bread) served with Vin Santo Wine of Colli Fiorentini.

The Tuscan 4-course dinner menu is priced at HK$1,888 for 2 persons.

All prices are subject to 10% service charge unless otherwise stated. Menu items and prices are
