June 27, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Embark on a uniquely Singaporean gastronomic experience and relish “A Fresh Taste of Tradition”, the theme for SFF2015. Carousel’s talented team of chefs, helmed by Executive Chef Darren Ong, will showcase special dishes such as Singapore Laksa Yong Tau Foo, a combination of two popular local dishes, Homemade Jumbo Satay, a more flavourful and tender version of the original, Mee Siam Goreng, Carousel’s dry and rich adaptation of the traditional mee siam and Stuffed Crab in Spicy Chilli Sauce with Man Tous, a fuss-free way to consume the signature Singapore dish. Other highlights on the menu include Pan-fried Carrot Cake, Char Kway Teow, Hokkien Mee with XO Sauce, Singapore Rojak, Prawn Noodles and Roti Prata.

Conclude this mid-afternoon feast on a sweet note with a lavish selection of local desserts such as Steamed Kueh Tutu, Ice Kachang, Cheng Tng with Longans and Ginkgo Nuts, Bubur Cha Cha and Pandan Kaya Cake. Two menus will be on rotation throughout the promotion period.

The special high tea menus are available during the promotion period from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.
