CELEBRATE FATHER’S DAY IN STYLE HUGO’S AND S.T.DUPONT PAMPER DADS WITH EXQUISITE DELIGHTS

June 4, 2015 By StrawberrY Gal - Food News Leave a Comment

Two renowned luxury brands rich with heritage, Hugo’s and S.T.Dupont, will join force to celebrate Father’s Day with you this year, providing an array of gourmet delights with an exclusive giveaway to please your Dad on this special day!

Enjoy an exquisite semi-buffet brunch and feast on a selection of classic delicacies in a cosy setting with natural daylight.  First, start with various refreshing seafood on ice including fresh oysters, poached lobsters, crab legs, prawns, clams, as well as a sumptuous list of Hugo’s signature hors d’oeuvres and salads such as steak tartare and caesar salad which are both served to order.  Also, a fine collection of cold cuts, salads, cheeses, home-made bread, assorted morning pastries and Chef’s choice of soup is also offered.

What’s next? Continue your culinary journey with your choice of seven delectable mains, including all-time brunch favourites like egg cardinale with poached egg, lobster medallion and hollandaise sauce as well as scrambled egg with wild mushroom, black truffle and toasted brioche.  Alternatively, diners may opt for one of the Hugo’s signature dishes such as roasted U.S. rib of beef which is served with Yorkshire pudding from the carving wagon or Boston lobster thermidor; or pamper yourself with pan-fried Australian lamb cutlet or grilled French spring chicken.

Mouthwatering desserts are, of course, part and parcel of an exceptional dining experience.  The hotel’s pastry chefs prepare a range of beautifully presented homemade desserts, ensuring a perfect finale to a relaxing brunch, while a free-flowing wine and champagne package is also available.

To surprise your Dad, a limited-edition multipurpose army knife with a retail voucher will be presented by the S.T.Dupont to continue the extraordinary journey and to experience the exquisite arts of the prestigious French brand.

Hugo’s is an authentic European fine-dining restaurant serving traditional Western cuisine prepared only with the finest ingredients available. Table-side cooking is the icon of the restaurant.
