June 20, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Nested in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Impianna KLCC brings you not just a stay with the boasts of 519 guest room but they are equipped with great restaurant like the Cedar on 15, Tonka Bean Cafe Deli, Oswego Bar.Wine and Bohemia Tobacco.

Step off the elevator on the 15th floor of Impiana KLCC Hotel and, after a short walk, turn right at the entrance of the restaurant, where the semi-alfresco lounge welcomes you with a view of the Petronas Twin Towers.
CEDARON 15
Enjoy the wide selection of gastronomic adventures with the new menu from Cedar on 15. Not just an ordinary Western cuisine, the dishes is well paired with Vomfass, the establishment which brings the supply world’s best oil, vineger, spirits and wine. Add in with the few drops of the premium liquid, your food is magically enhanced.
CEDARON 15
Traditional Caesar Salad (RM 38)
– Served with Lemon Olive Oil-

Start off with the healthy salad where the traditonal caesar salad comes with the green lettuce, honey tomato, quail eggs, beef bacon bites, baguatte crostini in caesar dressing and garnished with the shaved parmesan cheese with it. Garnished it will a few drips of lemon olive oil and you will get the hint of lemon zestiness in it.

CEDARON 15
Fresh Burrata Cheese (RM 45)
-Served with Basil Olive Oil-

Recommending another appetizers, the Fresh Burrata Cheese is served together with the Basil Olive Oil which is another vegetarian friendly delights. The combination of Burrata Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese together, it is then being wrapped in Balsamic gelee and sided with the Roma tomatoes and extra virgin oil.
CEDARON 15
Clear Essence of Black Angus Beef (RM 32)
-Served with Sherry Oil-

Served infront of diners, an empty bowl, with the ingridients in the middle and then the staff will poured the hot soup arond the edge of the bowl until a small island in the centre. The way of presenting is simply exciting and something to look forward when you are ordering this soup.
CEDARON 15
Cream of Topin Ambour (RM 38)
-Served with Truffle Oil-

I love how the soup is served to us, where you can get the taste of smooth and creamy blend of it. While of you are sipping the soup, you will discover the Bocconcini cheese which makes the overall experience simply different. Drizzle the soup with the truffle oil for an additional aromatic flavour.

cedar on 15
220g New South Wales Ribeyes (RM 68)

Serving to us is the main courses where in Cedar on 15; they serves 15 choices of mains which pizzas, pastas, fish and seafood, Grilled Steak and more. As for the Ribeyes, it is indeed well done till perfectionist and bringing you the tender juicy meat.  Topped with  the morel mushroom sauce.

CEDARON 15
Pumpkin Seed Crusted Black Cod (RM 78)
– Served with Organic Hazelnut Oil-
Served with the mushroom tomato chutney, fennel mousse and sugar snap peas. The fish is indeed a good one where it is well cooking and bringing you the flaky and buttery melt in the mouth sensation. The taste comes awesomely food where I am completely falling in love with the sauces. Add in some Organic Hazelnut Oil to enhance the flavours.
CEDARON 15
