UNCLE ZACK BY THE BEACH @ PARKROYAL PENANG

During our stay in Parkroyal Penang Resort, it is such a perfect place to enjoy an awesomely good romantic meal in their Uncle Zack by the Beach. Located by the beach, the restaurant bringing you the al-fresco dining which is ideal for enjoying a sumptuous meal of local Penang-style tapas, fresh seafood and delicious desserts.

In here. Uncle Zack By the Beach offers al-fresco dining ideal for enjoying a sumptuous meal of local Penang-style tapas, fresh seafood and delicious desserts. This round, we are happy to enjoy the Candlelight Dinner by the beach which brings us with the good environment with the churping of birds and the singing wave.

We started with the Prawn and Scallops Delights where the wonderful meals comes with the house cocktail sauce. I love the bouncy prawns with the zesty sensation.

Next, Uncle Zack’s Mesclum Mix Salad comes with the grilled salmon, roasted capsicums, onion ring, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts and sweet chilli dressing. The mix salad comes awesomely good where every mouthful of the salad brings us with the refreshing taste.

While waiting for your mains, get a try of the Enchanted Soup which is the Double Boiled Chicken Consomme where the double boiled chicken consome is being enhanced with the julienne of chicken and carrot strings with it.

As for the main, try their Grilled Australian Lamb Rack. The juicy and succulent Australian Lamb Rack comes deliciously good with the baked turn potato, asparagus, mushroom and Vine Tomatoes.

If you are not a meat person, try their Pan Fried Barramundi. The lovely plate of the Barramundi comes with the spaghetti, garlic, sautee potatoes and leek. The barramundi comes with the flaky meat as well.

If you are looking for a lovely treats where you can tempt yourself with the delicious desserts to end your meals. The lovely treats which is the Royal Cheese Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream comes awesomely good with the blend of sinfully addictive cheesy taste.
