NEW: HANA DINING + SAKE BAR OPENING IN JULY2015

May 1, 2015 By StrawberrY Gal - Food News Leave a Comment

A modern restaurant promotes its new ‘FUSION’ dining + ‘SAKE’ bar..

Conceptualized by Eric Hsieh, the restaurant promotes it’s new ‘FUSION’ dining + ‘SAKE’ bar and it’s a cutting edge trend arising from Taiwan, USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Japan. It is contemporary appreciation of sake. Pairing this almost mystical liquid with international cuisine which our chef felt perfectly compliments his creations.

The name Huā (花) is the indication of the flavor variants you’ll experience as your palate indulge in such imaginative, surprising and above all, delicious combinations of flavor. Served with a Scandinavian and ZEN themed dining bar reflecting our meaning in Taiwanese as Jiŭ Cang (酒蔵).

Which may seem at first a strange blend. However, Western, French and Japanese elements, soon becomes an almost obvious marriage.

The seafood that japan is famous for – uni (sea urchin), squid, tako (octopus) and scallops are also staples of fine Fusion and Western dishes. The tapas / small plate style is indicative of the joy of sharing with friend, colleague, family even your love ones. Laid back atmosphere, dim lightning and cozy seating. Combining these elements and ENJOY!

Opening soon at July2015
