Whipped up by the talented chefs at Chatz Brasserie’s open-concept kitchen, diners can now look forward to a refreshed array of marine harvest and meat at ‘A Festival of Marine Harvest and International Carvery‘, as well as crabs perpared in six flavors. parkroyalkl

Prepared yourself to dine in the marvelous spread of buffet from the salad bar where you can grab the taste of the Caribbean Shrimp Salad, Mussel with Apricot and Thai Chilli or Roasted Eggplant with Salmon Roe and Tomato Coulis are presented in dainty, miniature glasses. Serving next, is the soup where you will be pampered with the hearty soup- Seafood Bouillabaisse along the way.

For those who are seafood lover, try their fresh seafood on the ice with choices of lipper lobster, mussels, prawns and scallop on ice, Japanese selection of sashimi and sushi, grilled seafood and meat ranging from stingray, pomfret, sirloin, chicken and sausages.

More delicious delights are available with their signature Kambing Masak Tomato Masala, Udang Galah Berlada, Beef Briyani and Udang Galah Masak Lemak Belimbing ; to named a few. There is also Chinese Almond Chicken, Ginger Mutton, aked Oyster with Spinach, Grilled Chicken Thigh with Capsicum and Eggplant Relish and Baked Crab Pudding is some of other selection which is available in the buffet selection.

If you are looking for more, Malaysian favorites selection are aslo available where Chatz Brasseries feature you with the assorted Dim Sum, Lok Lok Steamboat, Seafood Noodles, Assam Laksa, Prawn Mee and Mi Soto Ayam make up your weekend cravings.

Ends your meal of course with some desserts – from the kuih muih to ice cream and also fruits.

A Festival of Marine Harvest and International Carvery’ is available on Friday and Saturday from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

It is priced at RM128 nett per person and includes unlimited flow of juices and soft drinks. For RM168 nett per person, enjoy 3 glasses of white wine or beer along with your dinner.

When you pay RM158 nett per person, you not only enjoy unlimited flow of juices and soft drinks, you are also entitled to 1 crab cooked in Chilli, Marmite, Salted Egg, Sweet and Sour, Kam Heong or Butter style. At RM188 nett per person, your buffet includes 1 crab and 3 glasses of white wine or beer.
