TWO WEEKS OF APPRECIATION FOR SECRETARIES AT CHATZ BRASSERIE AND SI CHUAN DOU HUA

March 25, 2015 by StrawberrY Gal

Celebrate Secretaries’ Week with an International Buffet Lunch at Chatz Brasserie or 78 Dishes for RM78 nett at Si Chuan Dou Hua from 13 to 17 April and 20 to 24 April.Together with your superior or friends, be rewarded with a menu of international cuisine or Sichuan and Cantonese dishes.

At Chatz Brasserie, the International Buffet comprises hot dishes such as Cajun Prawns, Lamb Leg with Thyme Sauce, Irish Stew, Poached Fish with Jalapeno Cream, Rosemary Roasted Chicken, BBQ Beef Ribs, Mussels in Garlic and Tomato and Roasted Vegetables and Potatoes. For your choice of soup, appetise with a Clam Chowder, Broccoli Cream, Asparagus or Carrot Cream Soup. At the grill counter, have the chef grill to perfection your sausages, fish, chicken, beef and mini burgers. Seafood fans can head over to the seafood on ice corner for a helping of prawns, clams and mussels. For dessert,

PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur’s signature Marble Cheesecake, Hazelnut Dome, Ice Kacang and Ice-cream with condiments are among the selection. The Buffet Lunch is priced at RM78 nett per person.

The 78 Dishes at Si Chuan Dou Hua is a menu specially crafted by Chinese Chef Foong Koon Sang. Relish a variety of dishes prepared with chicken, seafood, bean curd, beef, rice, noodles, as well as a dainty selection of dim sum. A recommended dish by Chef Foong is the Chilled Chicken in Spicy Bean Paste as this authentic creation from Sichuan maintains its traditional flavour. For main course, taste the flavourful Deep-fried Chicken with Thai Sauce. Should you wish for a more spicy option, try his ‘Chong Qing’ Diced Chicken with Spicy Dried Chilli. From the fish menu, the Steamed Seasonal Fish with Sichuan Tau Pan Sauce promises an authentic experience as the Tau Pan Sauce is specially imported from the Sichuan province.

As for dim sum choices, our chef recommends the Steamed Tiger Prawns filled with Prawn Mousse, Wokfried Radish Spinach Cake and Shanghai Minced Meat Bun with Superior Stock. For dessert, Si Chuan Dou Hua’s signature Home-made Fine Bean Curd with Wolfberry is truly divine to the taste buds with its silken-smooth texture. Prepared by experienced Chef Foong himself, Chef Wang Yunghai from Sichuan and their talented team, the 78 dishes are prepared a-la minute to maintain the freshness and taste of the dishes.

‘Spectacular Secretaries’ Week Luncheon’ is available from 12:00 noon to 2:30pm. Secretaries dining will receive a complimentary PARKROYAL Juice and a chance to win fabulous prizes in a lucky draw. For reservations and enquiries, please call 03 2147 0088 or email [email protected] or [email protected]
