PIGGY TAIL @ BANGSAR

March 6, 2015 By StrawberrY Gal - Food Review, Invited Review Leave a Comment

PIGGY TAIL
Piggy Tail, a name that says all – and its all about pork. To name a few of signatures here includes the Pork knuckle, pork chop, pork ribs, bak kut teh and Roasted Pork is something you can expects in Piggy Tail.
PIGGY TAIL
Previously known as Foodtique, and owned by the same company – Four Seasons. It has been revamped into what is now known as Piggy Tail. The restaurant is just opposite the Bangsar Village Shopping Centre.
PIGGY TAIL
Started our meals with the Wild Mushroom Soup (RM 18.00) tonight. The Mushroom soup is well done where they had blend the wild mushrooms together and cooked till the thick and yet velvety texture. Topped with a truffle oil on top, it makes the soup stands out with the complete fragrance and every mouthful indeed a double thumbs up.

“> PIGGY TAIL
The Piggy Pork Burger (RM 28.00) does not disappoint us at all where the pork burger served simply juicy. I love the pork burger so much where each bites brings us with the flavourful and juicy taste in it. Homemade patty with the moist texture, sandwiched with the cheddar cheese together with tomatoes, and greenies it is so good that one is never enough. Together with it is the curly fries with it.

PIGGY TAIL

PIGGY TAIL
The Mega Piggy Platter (RM 268) is good for 4 to 6 pax where it is served with their piggy signature delights like the pork knuckle, pork franks, bbq pork ribs, and also the BBQ Beef Ribs. Served with the Supreme Gravy, Sauerkraut, Mash and Salad. The platter is quite a huge and geneoris portion to share them. But, if you love to get the ala-carte portion they have them too.
PIGGY TAIL
The Signature Pork Knuckle which is available in the mega piggy platter comes in set too at RM 86.00 where you can enjoy the perfect mix of the crispy and crunchy cracking skin with the juicy and tender meat which is served with the Supreme Gravy Sauce, Sauerkraut, Mash and Salad.

If those who love to are a fans of BBQ pork ribs, it is one of must try here as the premium , lean short ribs is well barbecued wih their unique Piggy BBQ Sauce, Meaty, Tender, Lean and juicy ribs. All the items comes awesomely good and double thumbs up.
PIGGY TAIL

Cooked al-dente, the premium pork Aglio Olio (RM 25) is well made where they used the Griled Sakura Pork Neck Meat which comes more fragrant in its meat and more premium quality. It is tossed together with the Red Chili Flakes, Garlic, Olive Oil and Sliced Bacon.
PIGGY TAIL

Signature Truffle Ice Cream ( RM18.00) is indeed capturing my heart. The truffle ice cream with come so fragrant with the top of the sweet chocolate fudge and savoury bacon bits gives not only flavour, but exceptional texture to the dish. Every mouthful is divine.
